Had a great time

I liked the close proximity to activities and shopping centres. I also liked that the wifi connection worked really well. The things i highly disliked was the poor customer service given at thw front desk on the morning of my departure, the lack of assistance by the staff to go back to my room to retrieve an item. There was also no option when booking a room to select a room closer to the entrance so there was a long walk to get to the apartment room while having to carry my suitcases up more than 4 flight of stairs. If it was not for the bad customer service i received on my departure i would have considered sting again but due to that experience at the front desk, it was definitely my first and last visit

If you don’t have a drive the walk is very hard but it’s extremely good overall

The room was ok for the days rented. The only drawback was the fact that there was one door connecting the upper fl and there was a lot of traffic and inappropriate noises that kept us up. I just truly believe that the rooms should not be rented at the same time, its truly an in convince, other than that we had a great time.

Very nice atmosphere, not for everyone but I enjoyed the grounds and the staff. Just come prepared for all you need because they supply the bare minimum but clean, pool/pool bar, ac room, hot shower and decent breakfast to purchase on the property was a plus. If I go back to area I will stay there again

Beautiful property and the service is top tier

Well I was charge penalty for sleeping on my sheet only because I use my credit card on the same day a person check out leaving cash and he was reimbursed his full amount without they checking his room and I was charge for soil sheet like I wasn’t supposed to sleep in the bed

Safe are very friendly and helpful but furniture need upgrade.

Great space and very convenient. An iron or steamer would have been good. Microwave stop working but was replaced the same day. Hangers for clothes would have been a good addition as well. Overall good experience.

Housekeeping was constant. Room was clean just needed maintenance.

Just a quick one, they didn’t seem to care about the facilities. No hotel restaurant or food services something they sell online. Paid for 2 rooms same price, completely different in quality. Nice location as quick walk to Main Street, beach etc.

Charged for linens. restaurant was out of order. The only good thing about this hotel was the water pressure.
