My experience at Haile Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The service stood out as one of the best I’ve ever received. The facility is immaculate, and the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. We stayed in the Grand View Room, which was both refreshing and breathtaking.
The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and eager to assist—especially Eden and Fasika, whom I interacted with the most during my stay. They made us feel genuinely welcomed, like part of the family.
The food was another highlight. I especially enjoyed the Asa Dulet, and the variety of fresh fruit juices was amazing. I became absolutely obsessed with the soursop juice—it was truly to die for!
Haile Resort sets a shining example for the service industry in the rest of the country. Highly recommended!
