Staff was not friendly. No WIFi password given, TV broken, toilet cracked, water in sink, no coffee maker in room. Hotel hard to find, in a gay area - which we are 100% comfortable with - but that comfort was not reciprocated. Wish we’d had more details before booking.

The location was excellent. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would stay again!

Quarto grande, super limpo, bonito e mesmo com um bar em baixo (fiquei no 1º andar pq estou grávida e eles atenderam ao meu pedido), não tive problema com barulho nenhum.

Room was very clean, and comfortable. Nicely updated. Windows/walls seemed quite thin as you could hear every voice outside, and in the downstairs bar. Very walkable, with plenty of restaurants, eateries nearby.

The check-in process wasn't the best. Apparently there some kind of kick ball tournament going on & the bar was crazy busy!! It took probably 20 minutes to finally get to the manager to check us in. The room was very nice except for the fact that it was freezing!! We kept adjusting the thermostat but it kept going back to original setting. You couldn't turn it off either. We just put the extra quilt on the bed. The blind in front of the bed was coming unloose from the window & a lot of light was coming in around it. I like a dark room to sleep too. There wasn't a bulb in one of bedside lights. We asked for that to be fixed but it never was. There was a lot of noise from the alley that could be heard in our room, but I had read about this. Luckily my sound machine blocked it out.All in all, it was a nice stay.

This hotel is in a fantastic location with restaurants shopping public transportation and other things

Wifi didn’t work. No reply from messaging hotel. Safe didn’t work. No reply from messaging hotel. check in slow and chaotic. Location good.

On the 3rd floor but could hear everything outside. Sheets were stained and torn. Couldn't get into shower without opening the bathroom door as well.

The hotel is great except for the heating system and water pressure in the room. The management explained that they were going through some renovations. Please inform guest prior to check in that the rooms had issues?

Staff was very sweet and kind to us, and the room was unique (unlike chain hotels where every room looks the same).

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to check in. Room was huge and nice walkin shower. I was not disappointed. Great neighborhood and restaurants near by.

Well my flight to Philly got cancelled. During the delays to flight I could not reach anyone with the hotel to know how to check in for arrival after 2am. I left a message and no one ever called back. So even if the flight had happened I wouldn’t have been able to check in. Since then I’ve left another voicemail and sent 2 messages trying to see if there is anything we can do for a refund. The only thing I’ve received from them is a bill for a stay I never made.

A listing says they have a bar. Turns out that the rooms are directly above an incredibly noisy bar. I was unable to get to sleep until the bar closed at 2:00 a.m.
