予想以上に快適でした

綺麗なホテルでした。 部屋も綺麗でベッドも快適に休めました。 朝食も美味しくいただきました。 ただ、シャワーの水圧が少し弱く、やや使いにくいかったです。

愛嬌があり、非常に親切なスタッフばかり。急なツアーの申し込みにも迅速に対応していただいた。Wi-Fiも非常にはやい。街まで少し遠いが、タクシー代も片道5ドル程度なので全く問題なく、全体的に非常にオススメ。

We stayed in 1 day in July 2026. Beautiful location & very clean. We stayed in deluxe family 2 bedroom apartment and everything is absolutely fantastic. Nothing to complain. Staff, area, cleanseness, room sizes amazing.

We had a lovely family room which had 2 bedrooms and a living room with large kitchen.the place was immaculate. We especially enjoyed Pardon who took us everywhere in Vic Falls. He was such a gentleman and told us lots of stories about everything. So much fun. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend

The hotel is nice, but the breakfast and the dinner are very poor in any standard.

Very clean room and wonderful meals, very friendly staff!

Some of the friendliest staff anywhere, especially Thembi in the dining area, who was so accommodating and caring. We felt like we had the full attention of the staff and they endeavored to make sure our stay was perfect. Due to the location, we ate a few meals at the lodge and they were reasonably priced and very good. Excellent water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds. pool was nice and the place is clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price!

Overall, I had an excellent experience at the Dzimbahwe Guest Lodge. Five Stars. During my trip to Zimbabwe Victoria Falls, I stayed here three nights. The room was always clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The room also had a nice little refrigerator and a nice TV and a lot, and I mean a lot of closet space. The room was spacious, a lot of light and I felt very at home. I did not need a fancy upscale lodge and I have to say the price was extremely reasonable. What really stood out was the staff — everyone I interacted with, housekeeping, bellmen, and reception was polite, friendly, and helpful-Grace and Anne. I want to mention specifically Knowledge – he was extra kind to me during my stay. Hospitality will be remembered. When I’m back in Zimbabwe one day, which I hope is soon, I’ll definitely be staying at the Dzimbahwe Guest lodge again. For the quality and service, the price is very reasonable.

The rooms are spacious and kept very clean as well as well maintained. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we had earlier breakfast than usual before we checked out, really customer care par excellence.
