Plenty of parking. There was hair on the carpet which stuck to the bottom of our socks. There was not a full toilet roll on the holder. The spare toilet paper was not on a roll but a pile of small paper sheets positioned behind the toilet so quite impractical. The underside of the toilet seat was dirty. The bathroom sink did not drain very well. Mattress felt saggy, could probably do with replacing.

Carpet was dirty. Staff was not very welcoming.

Mattresses were too soft.

Hotel it in need of abit of TLC. Carpets in the room and all over the hotel weren’t cleaned properly of were covered in stains. Sides looked dusty and the shower and seals were all discoloured and has seen better days.

Staff went above and beyond, customer always right even when customer was being demanding (me)! Their breakfast buffet was awful! Not even "real" coffee! There's instant and then there's cheap fake food substitutes. Really, really, bad!

This is a no frills basic chain hotel. It’s clean enough, it’s convenient and you can get some rest after a day of travel, but just don’t set your hopes up too high.

Enjoyed our stay, staff was very helpful and friendly, overall, a great place to stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Our room was full of dust with marks on windows and dirty floor .As soon as arrived we raised this issue and nothing had been done so disappointing

The rooms are disgusting. Absolutely filthy. So bad i refused to stay and went elsewhere. Dog hair in clumps on the floor, congealed food waste behind the waste bins not cleaned (in EVERY room i went in) and thick filth in the recess of the LED lamp behind the bed. Stains all over the carpet. The staff are excellent, and kept offering a different room but they were all the same. Disgusting. Filthy. Unclean. This hotel has deteriorated so much in the last year, i stayed multiple times previously but this was the last time. In fact i walked out and lost my money. Management really need to get a grip on this.
