Definitely recommend but without breakfast option. Its best to just buy breakfast and what you like to eat in the moment as the breakfast option is not very good. But the property, service etc was great.

Was an issue with breakfast. Site showed that breakfast should be included but in reality it didn't.

Excellent exterior/interior design, amenities and room comfort. Accounting for the price paid and the all-round service provided, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and as such, I will likely return in the not too distant future.

Surprised by this place! It is great. Staff is great and the restaurant is fantastic! Will stay here again!

Прекрасный чистый номер, вежливый, всегда готовый помочь персонал, приятный современный интерьер номера, бара и пространства для завтрака, без провинциальной цыганщины. Вегетарианский компонент, важный для меня, наличествует. За углом дивный парк, где белки едят руки. Осенью особенно красиво! По прилёту встреча в аэропорту с табличкой. С удовольствием приеду ещё. У местной пивоварни "Пивоварочка" нет собственного бара, но доставку можно заказать по телефону. Несколько отличных сортов, даже IPA! Город чистый и годный для прогулок.

The rooms were spacious and clean. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, and about 20-min ride away from Ala-too square. Great if you enjoy staying away from the crowds.

We truly enjoyed our time and were very impressed with the cleanliness and the staff's enthusiasm and friendliness. The facilities are great but the only disadvantage would be the lack of an elevator especially for people who can't climb stairs.

Overall very nice and pleasant experience..new hotel..nice staff. Specially Mr.Daniiar G.M of the hotel was very help and smily face person..Sultan and Gul were also so helpful and polite.. I recommend this hotel to all.. *****

New hotel, rooms are big, the beds really comfortable. Staff is really respectful and helpful. The food at the restaurant is delicious, good quality. We would definitely come back:)
