This place canceled my room before my stay was over so they could make more money. This was a prepaid stay

Pretty neat old place with huge rooms

I would stay here again.

Huge space and comfy beds. We will stay here again. Just wish they mentioned the building was called Hogg Palace. Would have been easier to find once first arriving.

Everything was great! Only downfall was parking and finding the actual building. Other than that everything was lovely, would definitely stay here again.

Loved what they did with the building. Rooms/flats are gorgeous, spacious and has everything you need for a short or long stay.

I enjoyed the space. Furniture needs updates.

Loved the aesthetic of the hotel and room. The staff were super friendly and we felt safe during our stay. My only complaint was that the room wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival. There was food scattered near the sofa. Aside from that, a great stay and will be staying again.

Wonderful time here. We were here for a music festival and our hotel acted as a great base of operations while we were going back and worth to the venue. Lots to do around the area and it seemed like a safe place

Needed a place close to Bayou Music center and it was perfect. Was a little noisy as I was close to the fire doors and stairwell. And every time someone flushed their toilet there was a very startling noise. But the price, location and comfy beds were worth it. I think I’ve found my go to place to stay for downtown Houston.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

They are in transition, not finished. Limited amenities.

I liked everything about this property and will 1000 percent recommend it to others. The units are so spacious and the staff (Taya) was so responsive. Loved walking everywhere and texting with the front desk made all of it extra easy.

Great location, very walkable with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, especially the one over the road (Tavern). Was good to have a kitchen so we could have drinks and snacks Only negatives were the water pressure in shower was terrible and sofa sagged at 1 side, but otherwise a great apartment I think there had been a cat in there at some point as I could smell it in the bedroom and was itching quite a lot on the first day and night

Jose (a maintenance guy?) and Chris ( Evening check in) we’re so helpful!!! Also the morning clerks!!!
