Really enjoyed staying here. Rooms are simple but nice and all you need. Food downstairs was really good. The staff was awesome. My only complaint was there is no WiFi available in the room, only in the lobby and by the pool.

The best bang for your buck

Me gustó venir, no tuve problemas con la reserva, buen servicio, una habitación cómoda. Se puede mejorar pero en general, una buena experiencia!!

This place it’s nothing like you guys advertised,the room are very dirty,not AC,not hot water,not lighting,not even toilet paper,room’s towel are very filthy,the showers are impossible to shower because the water get out, I asked about hot water and one lady at the from desk,just said to open the sink to see if I get hot water on the shower,nothing happens,my daughter had to heat the water in little drinking cup on the microwave,the room was so dark,food it’s way too expensive, The neighborhood it’s not safe I don’t recommend

C est un hôtel mal famé ! Un hôtel de passe! Lamentable ne jamais envoyer de famille dans cette établissement la Romana!

Kun tulimme paikalle vastustamme ei löytynyt. Kun se vihdoin löytyi he sanoivat ettei siihen kuulu aamiaista, vaikka varauksessamme luki niin. Nainen respassa oli todella tympeä. Taistelun jälkeen saimme huoneemme ja menimme hotellin allasalueen baariin ottamaan juotavat. Seinällä oli hinnasto: Mojito 150RD pesoa/kpl. Kun saimme laskun mojitosta laskutettiin 300pesoa/kpl. Kysyimme asiasta niin he alkoivat selittämään, että hinnasto on vain tiettyä iltoja varten. Hinnastossa ei kuitenkaan ollut mitään mainintaa tästä. Suututti! Siivousta ei ollut ja suihkutilat olivat saastaiset.

Mucha humedad en la habitación, desorganización en el Check in, no querían cumplir con lo reservado ya que la reserva decía desayuno incluido y no querían dar el desayuno. No entregan factura con comprobante fiscal, no limpiaron la habitación.

For being in the city it was quiet. The staff was very good. The pool and breakfast area was very nice
