コンビニがすぐ近くと駅との間にありとても便利でした。

最新の家電が揃っていて良かったです。

部屋はとてと綺麗に掃除されていて、設備も新しく快適に過ごせました。部屋に説明された椅子も座りやすかったです。また利用したいです。

室内は清潔。

2度目の宿泊になりますがスタッフの方々がとても親切だと思うし、部屋も広々としているのでゆっくりくつろげます

居心地はよかった 食器や、調理器具が汚かった

お部屋にキッチンと乾燥機能付き洗濯機が有り、子供連れでも快適でした。 キッチンには、カラトリーセット、調理器具、電子レンジ、二口のIHクッキングヒーターも揃っていました。足を伸ばして入れるバスタブは、追い焚き機能付き。 中期、長期の滞在に適している素敵なホテルでした。

出張で利用しましたが、ダイニングテーブルで快適にテレカンファレンスができ、部屋も綺麗で、とても満足しました。

ロビーにトイレや喫煙所があれば尚良し

アパートタイプのホテルで家族で好きなものを作って食べ、ゆっくりするのが今一番の楽しみです。その中で全てが新しく綺麗で、作りやあるもの１つ１つがおしゃれで使いやすく、とても良かったです。残念なことはやはり京都は駐車料金が高すぎることです。しかもこの辺りは更に高い‼️駐車場が3台しかないとの事で、ホテルの方が忙しい中外にまで出て案内してくれました。その心使いに感謝します。ありがとうございました。

We had a great stay! Great location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was very nice!

The location is excellent, surrounded by classic tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious, the staff are very polite, and the ramen shop downstairs is delicious.

This has everything you need for a short stay and is in a nice neighbourhood with a Lawson next door. We chose the location as we had an event at Rohm Theatre. It was an easy walk to the theatre and nearby shrine. Room was clean and spacious with own laundry, kitchenette and loved the bathroom. Water pressure was amazing! Whilst not in the centre of Kyoto it had great transport connections. We used the bus a lot. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful stay with all the amenities for a family of four. Additional fee of Y1000/day for parking which is reasonable.

Room was super clean, well appointed, and in perfect order. Neighborhood is excellent for walking, eating, and very close to multiple subway and bus lines. 11/ 10 will stay again.

We had an excellent stay, room was extremely large, very clean and the bathroom was amazing!

Amenities - well stocked. Service - the check in process was smooth with the FO Team being friendly and accommodating. Location - within walking distance to our halal eateries, so its not a problem. Area - Lawson is a must visit everyday.

At first glance the room looked clean but it was so dusty that if you touched the curtains you would get dust in your eyes! We got so sick in that room due to high dust! There are rips in the carpeting! The pillows are like rocks! I took a pot out of the draw to make pasta for my kids, the bottom on the outside was covered in grease! We were paying double the rate that other guests were paying, we spoke to them about upgrading us since we were paying top dollar, they were not interested and appeared to be hostile! I don’t like this hotel but we loved all the other hotels we stayed in in Japan

Staff were extremely professional, courteous, and welcoming!
