2025年12月末に3泊しました。チェックインの際には翻訳アプリを用いて駐車場の位置等丁寧に説明して頂けました。別棟に宿泊したのですが暖房がもう少し温かくなると良かったです。旧市街までは4kmあります。

Une vue magnifique sur la baie, un endroit que je recommande !

Les photos sont plus beaux que les lieux physiques. Entres autres, les photos donnent illusion que la plage est relié avec l’hôtel ce qui n’est pas le cas. Il fallait traverser la rue pour aller à la mer de l’autre côté et il n’y avait aucun parasol à notre disposition pour le soleil et même si on en avait, il y avait peu de place pour se placer au bord de la place. Le ménage n’est pas fait correctement car en passant la main on constate la poussière. Les balcons ne sont pas nettoyés. Nous avons été déçus de l’état des lieux par rapport aux photos que nous avions vu dans l’annonce. Si nous savions, nous n’aurions pas payé aussi cher, le prix ne valait pas l’endroit. Le bus passe à chaque 1h sur papier, mais en réalité, il passe quand il veut, parfois 1:30, 2h etc., et les taxis sont choses rare à partir de l’hôtel. Même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Aucune attraction à part la piscine qui ne valait pas le prix. Par contre, le personnel était assez gentil (mais cela ne suffisait pas pour le prix payé dans l’ensemble). Les photos vendent du rêve car sur place, avec nos yeux physiques ce n’est pas aussi beau que les photos.

Vi bodde på hotellet några nätter och lämnade med blandade känslor. Tyvärr levde hotellet inte upp till bilderna eller beskrivningen. Det känns som att marknadsföringen visar hur hotellet såg ut för 5–10 år sedan, medan underhållet därefter har halkat efter. Hotellet var rent, men mycket känns slitet och i behov av renovering. Rummet hade en fantastisk utsikt över bukten, men flera brister drog ner upplevelsen: kassaskåpet fungerade inte, brandvarnaren var borttagen, AC:n kylde dåligt och tillsammans med den högljudda minikylen stördes nattsömnen. Schampo fylldes inte på och vi fick be om en extra handduk. Frukosten var en besvikelse med begränsat utbud, torrt bröd, äggröra med baconbitar i och få alternativ för vegetarianer eller gäster som inte äter fläsk. Samtidigt erbjöd restaurangen en betydligt bättre frukostmeny för externa gäster, vilket kändes märkligt. Flera trasiga golvlampor och juldekorationer kvar i juli gav dessutom ett oseriöst intryck. Det som verkligen förtjänar beröm är personalen, som alltid var vänlig, hjälpsam och gjorde sitt bästa. Läget är också bra med en fin stenstrand precis utanför och några riktigt bra restauranger i närheten. Sammantaget har hotellet potential, men behöver investera i bättre underhåll och en förbättrad frukost för att motsvara förväntningarna. Idag känns det tyvärr inte riktigt prisvärt.

Fantastisk hjälpsam personal. Rent och fint hotellrum, helt okej sängar. Frukostbuffen var kanske lite blygsam. Bussen till Kotor går en gång i timmen, ingen vet när. Ha badskor, botten består av sten.

The hotel rooms are on par with a youth hostel. The view of the Bay of Kotor from our balcony was breathtaking—it's just a shame that two deafening AC units were placed right on it (my husband sustained a serious back injury from one of them). The key to the room (3rd floor with no elevator) required real effort to unlock the door, and we kept tripping over the raised threshold. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off, there was no water source in the kitchenette, there's no control over the outdated AC, and the 10 ml shampoo bottles were just sitting on the floor of the filthy shower.

Nydelig beliggenhet, meget hjelpsomme og høflige ansatte, bra fasiliteter, rent og fint rom med perfekt utsikt, og god atmosfære. Sykt mye komfort og kos for pengene! Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Trevligt hotell! Bra bad i havet bara över gatan! Fin utsikt över bukten, bra pool, okej frukost.

Staff were very helpful and the bar was open late and they did food which was great. However the room and building could have been cleaner, and it felt a little run down. Small things like lack of lift made an big impact. Also pool is away for bar area so you don't get anyone coming to offer drinks (its up a hill beside a different building). That being said I think if you ordered at the bar the helpful staff would bring it to you. It's also a little out of the way and the bus service is not great. Overall for the price and fantastic staff it's perfectly fine. Just go in with your eyes open.

Everything was great, wonderful. Only attention is for the pillows. Wasn’t good.

Great overall stay, not far from kotor old town. Great swimming in front. Breakfast in tue morning was delicious. Only complaints was ac didn’t work great, room was hot. Also my room had no hangers.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt well thought out, from the cozy bed to the little details that made the stay more relaxing. The view was another highlight. waking up to such a stunning scene each morning really made the experience special. What stood out the most, though, was the breakfast. It was exceptional. There was a great variety of fresh, high quality options, and everything tasted amazing. It easily became my favorite part of the day. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

We had a good stay at the property, location is ideal and picturesque. Room was spacious and the Air con was spot on. Plenty of parking. Only small issue was the breakfast which did not seem fresh and not the most exciting of options. Overall though, pleasant stay

Breakfast was decent. However, the condition of the room was extremely poor, the A.C. was disconnected, the shower cubicle drain was blocked, cold water doesn’t run from the sink when the geyser is turned on, there was a terrible stench, and mould was visible around the ceiling lights. Overall - worst
