街中なので、買物もレストランもとても便利です。レセプションの人は皆とても親切です。素晴らしい滞在になりました。

空港からも比較的近く、街中にある。 机がなかったが、ラウンジがある為、問題にはならなかった。

プールの工事中で、日中は騒がしい。共用部もくつろげる雰囲気ではない。部屋はきれいで快適。ネット環境は良い。

利便性がよく、快適でした。敷地内に日本人経営のツアー会社、道路はさんで向かい側には中華のレストラン（量がとにかく多い）、日本人経営のカフェ、スーパーマーケットなどがあり、とても便利です。ホテルのスタッフも親切で感じがよく、飛行機の時間に合わせてチェックアウトの時間を融通してくれたり、バスを手配してくれたりして良かったです。バスルームはシャワーのみで狭めですが、バルコニーつきの部屋にしたので、洗濯物を干したり、くつろいだりできました。利用して良かったです。

4泊お世話になりました。室内も清潔で居心地は抜群です。湿度が高いのですが新しいエアコンも装備されており快適です。レストランは多少値が張りますが大変おいしい料理でした。

清潔で快適な滞在が可能です。近くに、スーパー、銀行、レストランも集中しており便利です。日本からの電化製品のコンセントアダプターも受付で貸し出してくれたので助かりました。お勧めします。

Great staff - thank you Gaetan for the warm welcome and lovely service, and Mario for the cocktails! Rooms are freshly renovated, hot water a little temperamental - just have to be patient, food is delicious, very good wifi. The Espirtu is a nice place to stay.

Room was clean and well equipped. Staff are wonderful. I was worried that the in town location meant noise but this was not a problem. The town settles down early, by 830 so it is quiet.

Room was a little outdated but functional and clean. The breakfast menu get repetitive really quickly and we did not get fruit every time and some item from menu weren’t available. Staff was friendly and helpful but failed to manage water taxi to Aore island,but maybe the problem was with the taxi provider.

great location with supemarket 2 min walk away, money exchange (western union) over the road and the market within 2km. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet with a lovely poolside setting for lunch and tea.

We had no WiFi in our stay which was very frustrating, and there was also not hot water for our showers. We expect more from a hotel of this standard. The staff were great and lovely! And it’s located right in the centre of town.

The "Tú" as is refered to, was a great experience. The staff service, kidness and attention to detail went over my expectations. The food was pretty good and the beds really comfy. Next time in Santo I will definitely book again.
