ロケーションが良く、観光や食事の拠点として動き易かったです。内装は赤が入っていましたが、全体的にモダンながら落ち着いた感じで、部屋の中で快適に過ごせました。ブレックファーストも丁寧に準備され、美味しかったです。比較的こじんまりした建物で、動線が短く、建物内の移動もスムーズでした。

2024年1月にステイ。ウェイバリー駅から歩け、トラムの駅は徒歩1分、アクセスはとてもよい。インテリアは黒や赤を基調としたダークで、家族向けではない。照明も間接で少なく、かなり部屋は暗い。エアコンの効きが弱く、かなり寒いので、トイレにあるラジエター暖房から熱を取るためトイレのドアは開け放した。リネン、タオルの清潔感は全く問題なし。冷蔵庫はなし、Wi-Fiはメール、ブラウジング程度なら普通に快適。朝食はとても美味しかった。寒さが改善されれば、1年中おススメ。

Room was clean, adequate size. Lighting was a little low in both the bathroom and bedroom. I couldn’t adjust temperature and it was a bit warm at night. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Stayed here for two nights in a suite. Our experience was just ok. The food was good, the blackout curtains were nice after a long flight, and we met a nice gentleman who was part of the housekeeping staff. The negatives outweighed the positives though. The bed was rock hard and we woke up stiff. People we met at breakfast had the same experience. The blonde girl at the front desk was quite rude when we called down, even hanging up on me before I was finished speaking. Either she was having a rough day or her personality is not well suited for hospitality. The drains in the bathroom didn’t work properly so the shower and sink were constantly backed up which meant you had to race to wash your face before the sink spilled over. The shower wand was also leaking.

St James’s Centre and Prince’s Street/George Street immediately adjacent. Room immaculate and ideal shower/wash room. Quiet bedroom and exceptionally comfortable bed. Lift system a little quirky but reception staff welcoming and willing to help at every turn. Bus/tram system appears perfect for most peoples needs.

Everything was fantastic

Room was great very clean and interesting décor. Restaurant and Bar were also good lots of food options for a reasonable price. The only reason why it didn't get an excellent rating is because we were charged for drinks when we received a coupon at reception for free drinks (or 14 pounds off) at the bar. Ended up paying $50 CAD for 2 drinks even though bartender said it was covered.

Our room was very dark, but spacious.

Had the absolute best 7 days at the hotel. The bed was super comfy, it was so quiet, in the perfect location and the AC sure was a bonus!!

Nice hotel in a good part of town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and well furnished, just a tad too dark especially in the bathrooms.

Lovely hotel and super friendly staff! The breakfast was also delicious! I will say that the parking is a big expensive and not on site, but otherwise highly recommend!

The best things were the food and bed. But everything was excellent. Decor interesting but not to everyone's taste. Bar and dinner service excellent but staff at breakfast a bit less friendly.

We were staying in late Aug with our toddler. They generously upgraded us to suite which gave our kid more room to run around in the room. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Rooms are clean with comfy bed.

We liked the friendly and efficient staff. The location is superb, situated in St Andrew’s Square and only a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley railway station, Princes Street and St James shopping mall. Our room was compact, clean and very comfortable. We liked the fact that it had a safe and a fridge in what would be described as a standard room.

A lovely hotel on St. Andrew’s Square. Elevators are a bit confusing, but easily manageable. Breakfast was delicious and there are many options. Old Town is just a stones throw away. Staff is exceptionally friendly and eager to help out. I recommend this place to all!!!
