エチオピアのクリスマス期間中であったため宿泊費が普段の3倍でした。通常期間の宿泊費であれば値頃感があると思います。レセプションで支払済金額を気にする点が理解できないですが、他は特に問題ありません。確認書を印刷して持参することをおすすめします。 教会群まで徒歩で行ける点はアドバンテージです。

観光名所からは少し距離があり、町の中心からは少々離れている（登り３０分、下り２０分程度）。空港で出迎えてくれたスタッフが、俺はホテル付きの観光ガイドだと言っていたが、適正なガイドの値段がわからなかった。（提示金額は、半日教会ガイドでＵＳ４０ドル。じ後交渉により半値程度） ホテルの説明と異なる点が２箇所あった。 ①空港からの無料送迎ありと記載してあるが、帰りのシャトルバス内で、１４０ブルを集金された。 ②ホテルの部屋には衛星テレビありと記載してあるが、テレビはついていなかった。（バンガロータイプの宿泊） その他、宿泊設備には大きな問題点はなく、広々としたホテルの作り・オープンカフェエリアなどでゆっくりくつろげる。ホテルの従業員は親切丁寧。ただ現時点でＵＳ１００ドル程度は高い気がする。 現在、ホテルの拡張工事を実施中であり、将来的にはプールなども完備したホテルへなるようなので、それが完成して利用可能な状況になればまずますの値段設定だと思う。

コテージ風で部屋も広く、良い感じの雰囲気はするが、場所は名所から少し離れているし、ガイドを半ば強制的に斡旋されかけるし、払った価格の割には正直言って不満がある。

シャワーの給湯が故障していたためか、お湯が出ませんでした。レストランの食事は割りと良かったです。

Personally, I loved the simplicity and minimalism of the hotel. The uniqueness. The noises you can hear through the walls. (I need noise to fall asleep and I was there over Timket celebration) I call this luxury. Wifi. A bed (with shiny bedding). A shower and running water. Friendly staff. A TV that I never used. (Like who needs television when life itself is entertaining enough). Transfer currency to Birr, as that is the only currency accepted. It states Complimentary water and transportation. In 2025, you will have to pay for those. You will experience insects, although I felt there were few. The staff is attentive and friendly-I would definitely keep good communication as the restaurant could close early.

It is in need of a major overhaul. Drains backed up in bathroom. Mosquitoes in rooms at night due to cracks around the door. The breakfast was not very appealing and the food cold. The bar was very good.

Hôtel d'un rapport qualité prix satisfaisant. Assez calme. La piscine et le SPA n'étaient pas fonctionnels. Pas de grande vue sur les paysages depuis la plupart des Toukuls. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant mais sans plus. Proche du centre sans y être trop près. Tout est néanmoins accessible à pied. Bon souvenir du personnel sympathique.

Lalibela är ett fantastiskt ställe och Lal ligger på gångavstånd från de sevärda klippkyrkorna. Men hotellet skulle behöva en uppryckning. Poolen innehåller inget vatten. Takterrassen har inga stolar. Rummet städas inte varje dag. Vårt rum för två har bara en tekopp. Wifi som ska finnas över hela hotellet finns bara i lobbyn och inte alltid. Men restaurangpersonalen är mycket trevlig och serviceminded.

It was obvious we were outside season. Some parts of the hotel have for sure seen better days but it wasn't important as we only spent a minimum of time in our rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff and wolf for sure consider staying at Lal again

I was picked up and tended to the whole trip. It was wonderful.

If my friend go to Lalibela, I will never recommend this hotel.

Le Lal est un hotel de catégorie "européenne " de bonne tenue , avec beaucoup d'espace ( bungalows , jardin, etc.); tous les aspects ont été largement satisfaisants , sauf un wifi assez capricieux quoi qu'en dise la réception; sa localisation par rapport aux sites est bonne sans être exceptionnelle.Je recommande sans une hésitation.

Staff me me feel like family foods good nice experience

It was a nice location and I would have no complaints, were it not that I was bitten at night by, what I believe were bed bugs. The bites exactly fit the description. Luckily, the room was quite spacious and thus our suitcases were at a good distance of the bed, so I believe they did not climb on-board our suitcases.
