観光スポットからは距離が少し離れているが、空港に近いのでトランジット等には便利だと思います。サービス等は可も無く不可も無くという感じです。

「空港からの送迎バスあり」というキャッチフレーズに、納得して予約しましたが、E-mailで問い合わせしても返答がなく、旅行当日はタクシーにてホテルへ向かうことになりました。 到着してフロントに申し出たところ、「迎えに行ったがあなたがいなかった」との返答があり愕然としました。 おまけに、帰りのバスをお願いしたいと申し出たところ「前日になったら！」と言われ、前日申し込みにフロントへ行くと「今日は運転手が休みで連絡取れないから、無理。」「タクシーを呼ぶから１５０ブル（約７００円前後）払って！」と金銭を要求されました。 ホテル側の都合しか考えていない態度にがっかりでした。 立地は、申し分のない場所なのに残念です。

I stayed one night waiting for a flight connection. From the airport pickup to drop off everything went smoothly with my stay. The rooms are a bit tired but the bed was comfy and everything was clean. Reception staff were helpful and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a good range of dishes, the western and Ethiopian meals I ate were all good. It was relatively quiet at night (some noise but not too late). I didn't venture out but the Africa Avenue location is clearly convenient.

This hotel was exactly what I needed. The staff was always ready to do anything necessary to ensure my comfort and well being. The restaurant was very good for free breakfast and room service. Free internet was also appreciated.

Damu ligger nær lufthavnen med let adgang og nogle km fra centrum. Et udmærket forretningshotel til en moderat pris. Udmærket restaurant på stedet og grønt område neden for hotellet.

Staff seem poorly trained but generally pleasant and helpful. Bedroom adequate and fairly clean, but with signs of poor maintenance. Breakfast rather poor.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE IN GENERAL AND THE THE HOTEL STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND OBLIGING. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND SAFE.

I have stayed several times in Addis and this was my most comfortable hotel stay yet. The view from my 5th floor window over the city was beautiful, no buildings to get in the way. I did not have a laptop with me, but the internet connection in the computer room on the ground floor was fast and reliable. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Everything was clean. I plan to stay at this hotel again when I return to Addis.

I booked the Damu Hotel because it was quite close to the airport - and was pleased to see the hotel rep waiting for me when I arrived. The hotel is a small, family-style hotel over six or seven floors. My room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had good hot water and a powerful shower.The Damu Hotel is just off Bole Rd / Africa Avenue - several mini-supermarkets nearby and many restaurants including Lime Tree on 2 Fl of an unidentified pale green glass building

The hotel has such great comfort and great friendly staff. The meals are really delicious, and I prefered to have my three meals there. I was really satisfied with the serices and will really stay there again next time.

Die Reise vom Flughafen bis Hotel hat eine Stunde gedauert wegen die grosse Baustelle im Bole Road. die Autos können nicht bis Hotel fahren und die Hotelgäste mussen zu Fuss bis Hotel ( was riskant ist).vor dem Hotel steht über grösse Locher ( Baustelle). Ich habe nicht dort übernachten und habe meine Reserveration gekanzelt. Auf die Web Site von Hotel und Ihre Hotel Beschreibung haben Sie diese Tatsache nicht erwähnt. Mit diese Baustelle ist man verhindert über in die Stadt zu fahren.

El hotel y su personal en general muy bien y muy atentos. Dos puntos negativos, que acordamos que nos recogerían en el aeropuerto a la 1 de la madrugada y nadie apareció, siendo que tenía confirmación por parte de la recepcionista del hotel que nos irían a buscar, y los colchones eran mas que duros, imposible dormir mas de dos noches.

Ein einfaches, aber ordentliches Hotel. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist gut. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Hervorragend hilfsbereite Damen an der Rezeption. Leider wird die Hauptstraße unweit des Hotels in den nächsten Jahren erneuert werden.

The staff was not very helpful at all, and it was very much overpriced. I feel duped.

My stay in Damu Hotel was disappointing to say the least. Although located on Bole road, it is on the end where there are few cafes and restaurants to go to within walking distance. Internet stopped working after my first night and wasn't fixed for the remainder of my stay (another 5 days) despite promises that it would be working again the next day. The room could do with an upgrade as well - the bed was very hard and the bedside light didn't work. Finally, the complementary breakfast was the poorest I have come across in a long time. The coffee and fresh orange juice were fine but the toast fell apart just when looking at it, the croissants were hard as rock and the scrambled eggs were so dry it made me wonder whether they were cooked the night before rather than that morning. I wouldn't stay at Damu Hotel again.
