I was surprised how nice, clean and comfortable the hotel. If you ski ,especially with kids, it’s your place. All the resort is very well planned, ski slopes are very easy to access, skating rink is just steps from the hotel. Big and nice restaurants are down and up. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend the Crystal hotel.

Otel temizdi, Resepsiyonda duran bir bey ve bir hanımefendi son derece kaba, hiç yardımsever değildi, Özellıkle spa dan çok memnun kaldık. 2 gün üst üstte masaj yaptırdık.

Otel temiz, konum olarak çok iyi, konfor ve kullanım alanları da yeterli. Fakat hizmetten memnun kalmadık. Çalısanların suratı genelde asıktı. Sorun yaşadığımız konularda çözüm imkanı tanımadılar.
