The hotel itself was overall nice, but I’m giving 3 stars due to the poor bell desk service. I arrived around 3 AM and departed around 1 AM, yet on both occasions there was no assistance available with my luggage. For a hotel of this level, I expected 24/7 service or at least support during these critical hours.
I strongly recommend the hotel review its bell desk coverage especially during summer months since many flights from the U.S. and Europe are scheduled to arrive and depart during early morning hours in Armenia. With a bit more attention to guest needs during off-peak times, this could be a 5-star stay.
