部屋は快適そのもの。文句無し。 レストラン情報がわかりにくかったのが唯一残念か。あと、部屋のコーヒーがネスカフェというのも残念。紅茶はおいしかった。

エチオピアで、これだけ綺麗なホテルは少ないと思います。 空港から近いです。 朝ごはんのブッフェは、美味しかったです。 エチオピア国内のホテルの料金からすると、かなり高いですが、少しゆっくりしたいならオススメです。

チェックイン時に、団体のチェックインと重なったせいか、長蛇の列になっていた。私でチェックインまで30分。その後ろの人はもっとかかっていたかも。それで怒り出す人も。団体受付を分けるなどしてくれるとスムーズなんじゃないかと思いますが。。。

From the haircut I received from Betty the Barber to the massage I received from Johnny the best masseuse I have ever had I truly enjoyed the world class spa experience Skylight Hotel offers. Please give my strongest thanks to Johnny for his excellent deep-tissue massage!

ET needs to train staff on customer services; a claim to be guided by policy and as written in many ways contrary to providing excellent service.

Couldn't keep transparency. Staff has no clue of the hotels global ads. Several different offers and prices for the same room . Skylight needs to well inform their staff.

While I was there the room key wasn't working properly so I had to call the staff to open the door and to change the key card 4 times in one week.
