部屋は快適そのもの。文句無し。 レストラン情報がわかりにくかったのが唯一残念か。あと、部屋のコーヒーがネスカフェというのも残念。紅茶はおいしかった。

エチオピアで、これだけ綺麗なホテルは少ないと思います。 空港から近いです。 朝ごはんのブッフェは、美味しかったです。 エチオピア国内のホテルの料金からすると、かなり高いですが、少しゆっくりしたいならオススメです。

チェックイン時に、団体のチェックインと重なったせいか、長蛇の列になっていた。私でチェックインまで30分。その後ろの人はもっとかかっていたかも。それで怒り出す人も。団体受付を分けるなどしてくれるとスムーズなんじゃないかと思いますが。。。

The gym was really really, really great. It’s hard to find a good gym overseas, but this one was really good. The food in the restaurants was really good and we ordered room service one night and it was excellent. I wish they had a better wine list but that’s being a little picky. Only very small thing I would be critical of was the tour representative. There was not very helpful and insisted into doing things her way rather than what we wanted.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Breakfast was delicious but no variety Ethiopian traditional foods.

The room and amenities were great but what really stood out to me was the green Apple spa . From the haircut I received from Betty the Barber to the massage I received from Johnny the best masseuse I have ever had I truly enjoyed the world class spa experience Skylight Hotel offers. Please give my strongest thanks to Johnny for his excellent deep-tissue massage!

Great place to stay in Addis, great customer service and a lot of dining options. The gym was great. Definitely a five star experience! We will visit again for sure. We really appreciate you for making this a memorable experience. J. Negusse

ET needs to train staff on customer services; a claim to be guided by policy and as written in many ways contrary to providing excellent service.

Couldn't keep transparency. Staff has no clue of the hotels global ads. Several different offers and prices for the same room . Skylight needs to well inform their staff.
