部屋は快適そのもの。文句無し。 レストラン情報がわかりにくかったのが唯一残念か。あと、部屋のコーヒーがネスカフェというのも残念。紅茶はおいしかった。

エチオピアで、これだけ綺麗なホテルは少ないと思います。 空港から近いです。 朝ごはんのブッフェは、美味しかったです。 エチオピア国内のホテルの料金からすると、かなり高いですが、少しゆっくりしたいならオススメです。

チェックイン時に、団体のチェックインと重なったせいか、長蛇の列になっていた。私でチェックインまで30分。その後ろの人はもっとかかっていたかも。それで怒り出す人も。団体受付を分けるなどしてくれるとスムーズなんじゃないかと思いますが。。。

Rooms were clean staff was phenomenal. The hotel was very busy constantly on the go it was a lot, but the experience was great.

The airport shuttle was very easy to locate, the staff was friendly, and the ride to the hotel took less than five minutes. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a team that was both warm and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I also have to highlight the spa—it was absolutely top-notch and truly elevated the entire experience.

A great and very comfortable place to stay for a layover or a couple of days in Addis. The hotel and rooms present very high-end and are spotless and comfortable. The staff were a little aloof and not engaging ... but also not rude, just a neutral experience with the staff.

I had such a wonderful stay and the room especially the location and the view of the bath with a transparent window from the bedroom was so beautiful and relaxing. The stuff were very knowledgeable, helpful and very humble. I can’t wait to go back

The gym was really really, really great. It’s hard to find a good gym overseas, but this one was really good. The food in the restaurants was really good and we ordered room service one night and it was excellent. I wish they had a better wine list but that’s being a little picky. Only very small thing I would be critical of was the tour representative. There was not very helpful and insisted into doing things her way rather than what we wanted.
