Bem ruim para um hotel 3 estrelas. Roupas de cama manchadas, fio cabelo na cama, toalhas rasgadas e muita burocracia no check in. Ar condicionado nao funciona e wifi fraquíssimo. Chuveiro bom

Our international flight arrived at 2AM. Reached the hotel around 3:30 AM. Our relatives live an hour away from the airport. We had booked the room for whole night as we wanted to reach our relatives during daytime out of safety concerns. It was a confirmed reservation with credit card on file. The hotel considered us a ‘no show’ and rented the room. No rooms were available. So we were left stranded in the middle of the night. No other hotels were available in the area. Ultimately we ended up taking a taxi from the hotel to our relative’s house. The hotel is in a poor residential area. Felt unsafe in the middle of the night.

nice，clean and great value for money

The property was kept clean. However, no restaurant in house and no transport. I had to ask the reception the correct password of the wifi as the one provided in the room was incorrect. The water supply stopped abruptly in the bathroom. TV subscription had ended
