場所は海沿いの好立地。 ただ、シャワーからお湯が出なくて、かなり身体が冷えてしまった。このホテルは5つ星というが、シャンプーなどの最低限のアメニティも用意されていないので、事前に持って行くことをお勧めします。 スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。

　初日の夜､エアコン最大でも寒く､翌日追加の暖房器具を頼んだところ､強力な電気ヒーターを借りられた。これ一つで充分だった。

My room was at the back building with very limited view. I thought that this was a “lake view” hotel. Breakfast was OK. Overall, this is not a 4 star hotel as advertised if you stay at the building at the back.

Good location and the restaurant on the roof was fabulous. The room had peeling paint and plaster and the bed was the worst we’ve experienced on our 5 week trip .

Great hotel & views of the sea, very friendly staff & check in. Food service in the rooftop bar is slow

Hotel was excellent with great bar. Lake Ohrid was lovely. Enjoyed our stay

Could have been a nice hotel but the smoke and loud music was a disaster. They said the hotel was non-smoking but we left after two nights because of the smoke (had planned to stay 4 or 5 nights. Hallway outside our room was so strong with smoke we could hardly get in/out of our room without holding our breath. Could not eat in the restaurant because it was full of smoke. When we took breakfast to the lobby to eat - where there was a NO-SMOKING sign, a staff member came in, stood at the reception desk in front of the sign and started smoking. We told them we were checking out and left. Big Joke: when we tried to escape the smoke and have refreshments at their table on sidewalk in front of hotel, we were told only TWO people could sit at the table because the chairs could not cross the yellow line. Unless you love to be assaulted by smoke, would suggest you never consider staying at this hotel. At night music was so loud from restaurant up to 3rd floor our walls were nearly vibrating until 1-1:30 AM

接待客氣,房間簡潔舒適,只是地板熱度,我們受不了，有點傷腦筋。只好將毛巾淋水，否則室內太乾了。早餐很不錯，每天選不ㄧ樣的。Ohrid湖，正面對，人間仙境，到各境點，都很方便，慢慢走，都可以到。四天三夜，有點不夠。

A bit of an older room but the view was fantastic. A lovely few days in a beautiful area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel and ohrid as a destination. Value for money and some.

Odalar temiz , resepsiyon yardımsever ve güleryüzlü.Gölün dibinde doğayla iç içe konaklama. Merkeze de yürümeyle 5 dakika bile değil.

Her şey mükemmel di özellikle kahvaltı ve kahve kalitesi,ayrıca konukseverlik mükemmel... odadaki su lar için ücret almaları nı ise garipsedim.. .günümüz hotellerinde her yerde bu ikram olarak geçer...

Otel güzeldi.Ancak oda ve balkon inanılmaz küçüktü.Odada hareket ederken çok zorlandık.

Only three star because of the personel in the breakfast area are so unfriendly. They look like and act like they don't want to be there. Also breakfast had the same menu every day.
