部屋は清潔感があり、掃除も丁寧に行っていただきました。　日本人で年配の私にとっては夜の部屋の照度が低い事とシャワーの水量がないこと、洗面台の蛇口、シャワーの調整が分かりずらかったです。

Pros: good location, close to stores and restaurant and Seabus terminal, water front; clean and modern. Cons: water flow is pretty weak (likely purposely for water conservation); very tricky to adjust the water temp for shower (because of the long distance between the adjusting knob and shower head, it'd take ~ 15 seconds for the change to take effect) In general, it was a pleasant stay for me and my wife.

Everything was absolutely top-notch! We went for our Anniversary and Seaside made it such a lovely and memorable stay. Highly suggest!

I have stayed here on two different occasions when visiting friends who live in the neighbourhood. It is always a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The staff are exceptionally friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The rooms are so comfortable and well designed. Although not all the rooms have a view (although they probably still do have a sliver of ocean view if you stand right by the far corner of the window), you can simply walk out the door of the hotel and you are in the heart of the Shipyards, with the water and a great walking path 100 meters away!

Parking was very convenient although there was a fee associated with. The breakfast options were great as well

We thought too good to be true…. It was just delightful in all possible ways! Hospitality- delicious food- cleanliness… not one complaint!

The Seaside North Van is a lovely, small hotel located in the middle of Lonsdale Quay, right on the waterfront. The room we stayed in was a modest size but nicely decorated and the bathroom was roomy. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the Illy coffees and the convenience of the mechanized blackout blinds and shades. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. There is a very good restaurant on site with wonderful food and staff. We would be very happy to return to this hotel should we be back in the area again.

Best hotel in North Van by far. Ocean view suites are incredible.

This was my first time staying in North Vancouver and I loved the hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel was luxurious, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the high-end bedding and the L’Occitane bath products. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, our trip was cancelled and after notifying the hotel, they asked why and our son had experienced a head injury. The staff asked why the ones without the head injury could not attend. They provided a refund for one of the two rooms reserved for our family.

Love this hotel, clean, great decor, nice staff! Great experience overall.
