滝までのアクセスも良かった。

とても綺麗なホテルでした。テントに宿泊しましたが、荷物の管理がやや不安でしたが、特に問題なく過ごせました。

旅行会社が運営しているということで 現地でのアクティビティーの予約もスムーズ スタッフもフレンドリーで 快適に滞在することができました

ホテルのスタッフみなさんが笑顔でフレンドリーで優しかったです。テント泊でしたが扇風機もあり、共同トイレ、シャワーも毎朝しっかりと清掃してくださり、毎日気持ちよく使うことができました。ただ、Wi-Fiがロビーにいても低速、不安定なことが多く残念でした。 All staffs are friendly! There is a fan in our tent, it’s comfortable. Shower and bathroom are clean. But slowly wifi.

テントに泊まりましたが、とにかく蚊が多い。 電気をつけて蚊がテントの幕にとまったところを殺すというのを朝まで繰り返し、３０匹以上を殺しましたが、それでもいなくなりませんでした。日本から持って行った虫よけ（サラテクト）は体がべとべとになるほど何度も塗りましたが、全く効果がなく、体中刺されました。

ビクトリアフォールズまで徒歩圏です。部屋は個別のロッジになっているので外に洗濯物も干せたので地味に助かりました。

交通便利。町の中心まで徒歩10分、滝まで徒歩30分、ザンビア側の滝まで徒歩1時間です。 テントエリアは受付棟から少し離れたところにあり、共用のトイレ・シャワーは屋外経由なので雨の日は大変でしょう！

滝にも徒歩15分位、街中心部にも10分ほどで場所は良い(小さな街なので) ホテル周りはお土産屋さんがいっぱい。 シャレーは場所によっては部屋の中が外から丸見えのつくりなので昼間でもカーテンを閉めて電気をつけねばならず居心地が悪かった。昼間観光して寝るだけなら問題ないが。

Staff is very kind and friendly. They could arrange sunset cruise tour and we enjoyed that tour very much. The room is very clean and air-conditioned well. We were satisfied to stay at this hotel.

The property is very pretty, the sheets nice and crisp - a couple of things detracted from our stay. Even though many of the rooms had been cleaned from those who vacated that morning, ( evidenced by the housekeeping cart locations ) staff made us sit in the lobby for 3 hours " check in is 2 pm " Surely 1 room was clean after 2 hours ..... When pressed they finally gave us a room....the furthest away room by the construction site and power tool Noise Finally changed and at the pool for an hour when going for a shower discover there is NO hot water ( long hair wet, full of shampoo ) and only cold water ( other guests had the same issue ) We booked a fairly expensive dinner cruise and activity director could not provide details other than price and pick up time ( menu options, buffet or plated.... ) The offer was made to store beverages in their fridges and when the Time to retrieve them, the bag could Not be located

Perfect location for the Falls. The property was clean and the staff was amazing.

Vackert hotell. Vänlig personal. Mycket god frukost. Fin pool, men djupa steg ner, ingen trappa ner.

Very nice facilities and staff could not be more helpful. Room on the small side but had an outside seating and with the other facilities available the room was only used for sleeping.

Staff are very unhelpful. Each department pushes responsibility on to the next. As a customer you always feel you are being scammed especially when it comes to cash transactions. Nobody has change. This is in an effort to make you give up and not ask for change.

The pool, restaurant and bar were fantastic. The rooms should have had ac for the price.

A lovely price but made a bit pricey as my room smelled damp and the service was quite slow sometimes

Walking distance to the Falls. Nice stores very close by.

The property is beautiful, staff are outstanding and anything is possible just ask for it. My sandals sole went undone due to the heat and the staff fixed them within 20 mins. Amazing service. Only points are that the chalettes are not noise isolating so you hear everything around you and humidity smell is real. But it is a great place and amazing value for money.
