バスターミナルに近いです。ビルバオの買い物やレストランなど、街の中心からは徒歩で20分くらいかかるのでちょっと不便です。市内バスを使いこなせればきっと苦にはならないと思います。部屋は狭いので大きなスーツケースをオープンするのはちょっと大変です。チェックイン、アウトの前後で荷物を預かっていただきました。ドライヤーも貸してくださいました。

スタッフフレンドリーで良い!街の情報的確。部屋が少し狭い。食事のエリアまでは１マイル程、地下鉄で移動。地元の地下鉄を利用するのも旅の楽しみだが帰りは酔っぱらいなので少し辛い(笑)

ロケーション抜群なので観光の拠点とするのに抜群です。 グッゲンハイム、ヌエバ広場にアクセスできるトラム駅まで徒歩2-3分、地下鉄駅、バスターミナルまで徒歩7-8分、近くに朝食の取れるカフェ、スーパもあります。部屋はシンプルな作りですが清潔。たいへんおすすめできるホテルです。

フロントの方が皆さんとても親切だった。 部屋はコンパクトだが、必要最低限のものは揃っていて、快適な滞在ができた。 ロケーションも中心地からは少し離れてるが、トラムやバス、電車の駅が近くまったく不便に感じなかった。バスターミナルへも徒歩7分ほどだった。また利用したい。

ビルバオから移動する高速バスセンターから歩いて５分と、とても便利です。サンセバスチャンへ行くにも、早朝の出発にもまったくストレスがありませんでした。近くにおいしいパン屋さん、コインランドリー、地元の人たちが利用するバルなどが点々とあり、食事は観光地化されておらず安くておいしかったです。宿泊料金もさほど高くなくオススメです。

Stayed there for work. Very convenient and walkable to the Eskalduna conference center and the old town. Very good breakfast, friendly staff.

I found the location to be excellent- within a comfortable neighborhood, close to the tram and to Bilbao Intermodal. The night desk clerk is an angel! He resolved my booking issues, got me checked in at 4:30 am and gave me fresh coffee while he worked his angel magic.

Parking was easy, everything is in walking distance. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Can go to shopping and attractions on the bus and if you are young can definitely walk there. Staff was very nice, attentive and accomodating

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything i needed but could have been a bit lighter . Had to get my torch out to see into my suitcase! Would happily stay again.

Hôtel très bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Parking payant sécurisé. Personnel très sympathique et à l’ecoute.

Great location for Football stadium. Which is the reason I chose this place. But its way overpriced for what you get. £130 per night for a room that doesnt even have any usb charge points for phones and laptops means bringing adapters and chargers.I would describe the hotel as a very basic 2/3 star.

Buena relación calidad-precio, habitaciones de tamaño adecuado para pasar la noche y descansar.

Bad experience in overall. You could hear the rooms around and there was constant noise the whole night (it seemed like they had paper walls or similar!). The room was not very clean and the fact of not having a proper toilet (there was a separate cabinet for the shower, another for the wc, but the sink was in the middle of the room, which by the way was very small) is a big let down. Also you need to ask for the hairdryer in reception since there is none in the rooms (first time I see this). Definitely won't try again any Ibis budget.

Buena ubicación

Cómodo, limpio, personal muy amable. Está lejos de los atractivos turísticos pero hay muy buena locomoción.

Loistava lyhytaikaiseen majoittumiseen. Lähellä bussiasemaa. Aamiainen yllätti positiivisesti.
