Property is old tiles were missing in pool and it was infested with cats everywhere. Jose our butler was amazing. However this is not a property I would stay at again. Not enough happening and too far from Punta Cana.

Had a great time at our stay here. Jose was very helpful in coordinating everything we needed and making the week stress free.

I took a girls bday trip for 4 days and its was AMAZING! We stayed on the El Beso adults side with an upgraded room with the rooftop jacuzzi and it was the perfect trip. Our personal concierge José made sure everything about our trip from arrival into the country to our departure and my return to the states was easy and enjoyable. The food, the pool, the beach, & the staff were all the greatest and friendly. Im glad I recorded my experience for my social media because I will be returning. Thank you El Faro/El Beso. Can’t wait to come back (José even sent out a cake on my last night to celebrate by 33rd). It’s the little detail that makes me want to share this gem with everyone to experience!

I loved how friendly the staff was. Any issues or concerns were handled immediately. Someone was always there to answer questions and provide great hospitality.

Wonderful property for stays with a family as most of what we needed was provided by the hotel. Our butler (Jose) was amazing at servicing our needs/requests expeditiously - thank you, Jose! The only con I would point out is the floor of the ocean is rocky, but with the number of pools this hotel offers, this isn't a problem. Overall, great hotel with wonderful and very friendly staff that I would highly recommend.

The best staff and constant entertainment’ The lobby staff for Expedia sitting next to check in is amazing! The pool bar staff Alberto and the gang were delightful! Sakura has the best food ever and I’ll be back. My 50th birthday celebration was amazingly successful.
