Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Great dinning options, with picturesque views overlooking Castries.

The food was absolutely amazing each and every meal. Everything was fresh and tasty!! Best all inclusive food I've ever had. Anybody else ever have a self serve bar by the pool?? This place has it. Dream resort if you're looking to disconnect from it all! Thanks for the great memories!

The grounds and overall atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was exceptional! The room itself need some better cleaning/ maintenance- caulking around shower was moldy, paint needed to be touched up etc. The fact that they consider 2 twin beds pushed together to make a king bed was a surprise and very uncomfortable to say the least.

Wonderful hotel with the best set of staff I have ever come across. Maybe the rooms, which were kept spotless by housekeeping, could maybe benefit from a little TLC but we only used ours for sleeping and getting ready so not really a problem. Do not hesitate to book!

The quietness no kids one could have their time without disturbing.

The staff carries this property! The staff makes the entire experience even better. They are welcoming, great communication and action driven. The property itself, is cute and cozy. They have the right amount of entertainment while still allowing you to be able to rest by 11p. There are alot of food options and the views of the city are a true dream!

The staff and team at the Bel Jou Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the time we walk into the time we left, we felt extremely welcomed and appreciated. And the activities on the resort... Wow... make sure you ask about the mixology class.... The only thing I felt that could have been better regarding the hotel was the bathrooms. The shower reminded me of being in a cruise ship.

Will definitely stay with them again.

Bel Jou hotel is highly recommended. It’s a very good value all inclusive hotel in St Lucia. Staff are excellent all polite helpful and friendly. Fire show is staggering with 6 foot flames blow in the air! Excursions with hotel pick were good. We did the zip wire ( actually 8 wires) in the rain forest and also the dolphin and whale watching. We saw 3 whales diving and over 40 dophins. Many people there are on there 2nd or 3rd visit.

Overall I had a great stay at the Bel Jou. I traveled solo and felt safe. I'm pescatarian and there were always options to eat, however, I do have to say the choices by the third day were monotonous, but I did not lack any meals, I just wish it had a little more variety. It was very quite, serene and relaxing, a few activities, but not much to do on the property beyond that and if you just want to relax then this is the place for you. A very more seasoned crowd. The staff is what made my stay extremely enjoyable, always smiling and asking if everything was okay. I would like to thank the following staff members that went out of their way to ensure I was always good: Shanel and Jeanhm at the Verandah Buffet; the Activity Guy (I totally forgot his name, but not is presence); LaLa (Laquita, the masseuse), thanks for getting those knots out my neck! Quintin (Maintenance) for always offering a kind word and a smile! And Dana who always had a smile on her face and always asked if I was good!

Beautiful friendly hotel. We felt safe secure and very well looked after. Staff were so friendly and always on hand to support your need. We checked into a room in the 3rd floor (sea view) and it had a strong smell of damp and mould. We were moved fairly quickly to a new room which also had a faint smell of damp etc. The smell got worse as the week went on and not sure of it was the air con. Our friends also had a sea view room and they had no smell at all. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Food was lovely - we had something new to eat every day. Cocktails were amazing. 2 pools to choose from. The lower pool was very quiet and being in a group of two couples we had fun and were able to relax even if the other residents were especially quiet. Daily exercise in offer and the gym was stocked well enough. Beautiful grounds around the hotel and they offer a free shuttle to the town and beach. We didn’t goto the beach but town was an experience - the market is huge and everyone so friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel. It was relaxing and just what we needed for a weeks break. Way to quiet,lack of activity’s,if your looking to see what it would be like to live in a nursing home,then this is for you.I do have to give a shoutout to a couple employees that were fantastic.Bartender Devon went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay more enjoyable,he has a big fun personality,also another bartender,can’t remember her name but was so good at her job,she was young lady that stated she went to school in the states in Alabama

It was a great resort style experience. Fantastic staff and wonderful meals at their buffet style restaurant with wonderful views of the harbor.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The food was really good. Not one bad meal. This is not a walkable property to town, but the shuttle will take you to town and the beach. Just make sure you book the shuttle in advance. We found this out when it was too late. Not an issue though, you can always get the hotel to order you a cab. All the drivers are friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. Lots of Brits and Canadians getting in the sun so not a lot of pool chairs available, they are out there at the crack of dawn reserving their chairs. I encourage you to book some tours if you like a little more action when you vacation. If not this place may be a little too chill for you. The evening entertainment was lovely. Great music, fire show, and karaoke night was a hoot. The view from the property was amazing and you will enjoy the lovely breeze being up so high. I would definitely vacation here again. Such beautiful people and island.

Good all inclusive near Castries. Staff are great - very helpful. Good choice of food. Good range of eating options. Entertainment a bit hit and miss - not always geared to the age of the visitors. Need to use the shuttle bus or a taxi to get into Castries.

Love the property and everyone was so pleasant!
