We stayed for 3 nights. We enjoyed Victoria Falls trecking, sunset cruise and 1 day for Chobe day trip. It is very good location for those activities. Hotel is very pretty and services are perfect. Very good for family to stay.

町からは歩いて15〜20分歩きますが（夜でも安全ですが、かなり真っ暗）ホテルから、10時、15時に町経由のヴィクトリア・フォールズまでの無料シャトルが出てますし、町は本当に一角しかないので、一度行けば十分。 ホテルで、サファリやヘリコプター遊覧もすべて手配してくれて送迎つきなので、まったく問題ありません！！朝食はおいしいし（オムレツやフレンチトーストをちゃんと作ってくれる）、チョベ国立公園から遅く帰ったとき、ディナーをとろうとしたら、25ドル？！高っ！と思いましたが、前菜、メイン、デザート付のコースですごいコストパフォーマンスがいいです。 wifiもサクサク繋がるし、部屋も広いし、シャワーのお湯もいつでもザーザーと出ます（バスタブは別にありますが、大きすぎて使いませんでした） こじんまりとしているので、ホテルの人もいつも気を遣って声をかけてくれるし、宿泊者同士も自然に気軽にしゃべるような、本当に、本当に、誰もが笑顔になるような、居心地のいいホテルでした。

Batonka Lodge was booked as part of a package trip that we did to Africa. However, we extended our trip so stayed two additional nights at the Lodge. The lodge is small compared to some other places that have recently been built or being built but it was just right. It had a really cozy colonial feel to it. The staff were incredibly attentive and couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. The food was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. There was a shuttle bus to town but you could also walk into town or if prefer the lodge would arrange a taxi. They would give you the details of the taxi company so if you needed a taxi back, you could get the restaurant to book the same company. One morning elephants were outside the lodge. Five stars from me and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Lloyd and the team for a great stay.

From Check in to Check out - perfect stay. Very kind and attentive staff, comfy bed, impeccable service. Flight crew for a few nights. Easy hotel shuttle to the Falls, $7 cab return. Not a complaint - but the internet was a little weak in #19, easily solved by going to the veranda if you have some work to do. Thank you Batonka Guest Lodge.

It felt homely in an African style. It's large enough to feel comfortable, yet small enough to feel cozy.

Batonka est une petite structure charmante, des bâtiments de style coloniaux au milieu d'un jardin luxuriant. Le petit patio intime devant chaque chambre est très appréciable, on peut y prendre son café en regardant les nombreux oiseaux du jardin. La partie lounge et le restaurant sont très agréables, et la cuisine est très bonne. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. L'établissement est très bien tenu. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Very nice lodge in Victoria Falls. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, with a big bathroom, and the gardens and general ambience were lovely. The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel.

Batonka Lodge was a wonderful experience- the staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was so good ! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The chef was just awesome - I just can’t say enough good about this place.

Well maintained property. I guess because guests were few at this time of the year, breakfast options were super limited. All ala carte with just two options - english breakfast or omelet.

Absolutely amazing property! The service is the absolute best, the staff is so friendly. The chef makes the best meals ever, so make sure to book dinner reservations. All of the activities the recommend are only the best ones (ie Pure Africa). I can’t recommend this place enough. Also, make sure to ask Tafadzwa for one of his Cappuccino… he placed 3rd as a Barista and makes top level coffee drinks.

The service at Batonka Lodge is outstanding, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food is delicious! You will definitely get your money's worth staying here.
