We stayed in room 302 and the guest in room 303 kept his room door open the entire time while his TV blasted throughout the night. He ate in his room and put his plate with leftovers on the ledge behind our door.
What happened to your outstanding staff? Last year I stayed a couple of times in your hotel but this time was disappointing.
I ate dinner at the restaurant around 19:00 and in the middle of the meal the waitress drew the curtains which totally darkened the room. Seriously, couldn't this wait until I finished my meal? I just paid and left without finishing my dinner.
Maybe it would be a good idea to have a senior or experienced staff member on shift to oversee operations.
There was a big crowd for breakfast on Tuesday, July 8th, guests had to wait because staff had to go and wash cups because there weren't enough, the breakfast buffet was not restocked after the first round of guests left. Again, the young staff members were left to deal without the help of a more experienced staff member.
Lastly, I informed the front desk that room 302 doesn't have a TV remote control. We didn't need it but wanted to ensure staff knew it wasn't there.
