It is close to Mount Kenya National Park. The lodges has a scenic walk along the River. The restaurant is excellent.

Gorgeous property!!! Right by the river, quiet, serene and beautifully landscaped. The room was a little dated, the shower took a while to figure out and the beds were quite firm. The service was very friendly but a little slow. But overall we had a great stay.

A beautiful mix of an older well maintained period building from the 1940's and well made rooms and cottages that stay within its original form. Placed in an excellent spot, by the river, with lots of bird and smaller antelope wildlife. Excellent staff, very friendly and extremely helpful. Internet could be much better.

Leuke nostalgische Lodge prachtig gelegen in mooie tuin en tussen bossages. Zwembad met schitterend uitzicht in de verte op Mount Kenya. Alles is rustiek en ouder, maar dat is de charme. Personeel echt super vriendelijk. Eten niet zo best en slechte prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor diner en lunchpakket.
