部屋に湯沸かしポットがなく、レセプションにお願いしても「個数が少ないから、戻ってきたら届ける」。結局、３日目の夕方に届けてもらったが、初日に欲しかった。

ポルトガルでは当たり前だと思うが、冷蔵庫やアメニティ（歯ブラシ）がなかった。目の前がスーパーマーケットだったのは、とても便利で、無いものはそこで調達できた。

雰囲気は日本のビジネスホテルに似ています。部屋は狭いけれど不便はありません。到着時にはよく冷えたミント水がロビーに置いてあり、長い移動の後でホッと一息つけました。支払いはチェックイン時で領収書は依頼して下さい。予約時にプルダウンでダブルベット一台の希望を出しましたが、当日はハリウットツインでした。申し出ると翌日にシーツと掛け布団一枚に変更されました。心配な方はメッセージをされた方が無難です。 夜のチェックイン時の若い男性がとても感じ良く素敵でした。部屋に着くとドアには掃除済みのシール、リモコンは紙袋入り、清潔感があり好印象でした。鍵はカードタイプで使い勝手良く、電気スイッチ用には別のカードが挿してありました。 立地は、駅から徒歩すぐ、赤と黄の地下鉄２線と便利。ホテルの真向かいに品揃え豊富なスーパー。最寄駅には老舗の人気レストランと美味しいお菓子屋さん。朝食は、種類も豊富で大満足。特に黄色のケーキが美味。ジェルや使い捨て手袋が設置され衛生面も丸。室内は、エアコン付き。瓶入りの水のサービス。テレビのチャンネルにスポーツチャンネルが無いのは残念。お風呂は、シャワーのみでドアがなく水浸しに注意。シャワーヘッドが重く、排水は悪く使い勝手はイマイチ。アメニティは、備え付けの全身石鹸と体用のクリーム。個包装のくし、ポケットティッシュ、固形石鹸、シャワーキャップ。希望者にスリッパと充実。 ホテルで過ごした時間はわずかですが、大きな問題はなく快適に過ごせました。スタッフはマスクを着用しており、コロナウイルス対策も万全でした。

This was a business trip and the hotel served the purpose of sleeping one night. The room was clean, but the shower was low on pressure. The staff was polite and friendly.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and it smelled great throughout the property. My room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and I appreciated the VIP treatment with a complimentary bottle of wine — a very nice touch! Parking was an issue since there was never space at the hotel, but the front desk staff was very helpful in assisting me with the street parking app, which made it easier. Two areas need improvement: calls to the front desk were never answered, so I always had to go downstairs for assistance, and the bar staff could be friendlier. When I asked for help opening my wine, the bartender was rude and made me bring the bottle down instead of simply providing an opener. Overall, my stay was comfortable, but better communication and service would make a big difference.

Nice property. Close to many places

A very nice European hotel. Room was a good size, and very comfortable. An excellent breakfast. A short walk to Metro station ( less than 5 minutes). A grocery store right across the street. A very good place to stay

The hotel is conveniently situated in the city centre, and transportation is easily accessible. The rooms are a bit small. They offered complimentary wine; I didn't like it. The cleaning service is daily unless instructed otherwise. Overall, my stay was good.

Centrally located. Block from the Metro. Easy access to restaurants & stores.

Room was large, clean and in excellent condition. Great location. Across is a supermarket.

I enjoyed the quietness of being here. It was a 30 minute walk to the old town and centre which I enjoyed. Staff helpful - didn’t need a lot

Nice Property with good breakfast. Only problem was that they gave us a handicap room with a shower that leaked all over the bathroom floor. Also, the flooring was worn in some areas.

A lovely, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. It’s away from the tourist spots but convenient to get where you need to go.
