入り口ドアから部屋まですべて４箇所もコード入力の近代的な設備で初めてだったので戸惑いましたが、その分安心感もありました。お部屋は綺麗で場所はヌエバ広場を見下ろせる角にあり、ピンチョスレストランに囲まれていて 夜眠れるかと 心配しましたが、平日だったからか夜になると静かでゆっくりできました。旧市内を観光するにはとても良い場所だと思います。市内観光バスの乗り場も近くにありました。チェックインでスタッフの方と１度対面しただけで、チェックアウトもドアを閉めるだけ。ありがとうございました。

Mycket intressant läge vid torget med stort utbud av restauranger/barer

When I had access problem I called many times phone number and nobody answered. They didn’t mention it was forbidden to go to other floors, I tried to find the room as I couldn’t reach them, people living in the building were angry when they saw me.

Awesome accommodation in the best location everything was seamless. I’ll definitely be returning one off my favourite Spanish locations many thanks 😊

Todo bien. El checkin es muy sencillo y el personal súper amable. El único contra es que no hay persianas (hay estores) por lo que entra mucha luz. Además, la habitación Azul Añil da a la plaza, por lo que hay ruido de calle todo el tiempo (hasta que cierran los barres y temprano por la mañana que colocan las terrazas).

Muy buen lugar. Atendido 24 horas por teléfono. Incidencia con aire acondicionado que resolvieron con eficiencia. Muy limpio. Cómodo. Nuevo. Servicio de cafe o te en la habitación.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Location was excellent in a desirable part of Bilbao. Plenty of terrific eateries in the surrounding area.

Loved our stay - in the square very convenient for bars and dining options in the plaza. Heart of old town easy to walk everywhere. As you are on the square some noise but with windows closed its fairly quiet and did not bother us. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all needed amenities. Easy check in and check out as sent codes ahead of arrival.

Nice room in a great location looking directly out on to Plaza Nueva. The square is very lively in the evenings but quietens down around midnight Keyless entry with a system of door codes to get in which were pretty straightforward.

I couldn't drop off my luggage before the checkin time. At night there were lots of singing and noises just outside my room which interrupted my sleeping for an early flight in the following morning. The info on taxi provided was not helpful.

El sitio es muy céntrico. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia .la cama muy cómoda (quizá los almohadas un poco duras) por lo demás todo perfecto y las facilidades para el check in muy bien. Recomendable

Location was great, right in the middle of old city. Unfortunately our room had windows right towards the plaza Nueva and it was very noisy until late at night

Overall, a great room in a central location. The room was ready when I arrived and Igdanny was very helpful sharing information on getting around the city and provided outstanding customer service. The room is well sized for a single person, the bed was comfortable and amenities good for the cost of the room. The pension is located in the old town square, above a set of shops and restaurants (all very good ones). The area can feel noisy and busy, the pension is located on the first floor above the restaurants. If you are someone who needs total peace and quiet maybe not for you. However, not an issue for my stay, the benefit of the area outweighed the main square location (restaurants closed around 12am). A good selection of places to eat just a few seconds away if you don't feel like wandering out too far with supermarkets a few minutes walk away. The tram, bus, train and metro are minutes away from the pension and everywhere is walkable. Lots of information on things to do and the building felt secure. The pension was clean, tidy and accessible (lift in the building). Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If the room was slightly larger, a seating area would have been nice and a few extra pillows, daily towel changes would be beneficially. However, I have no doubt if requested they would have been provided. A great place to stay, with great staff and an even better location will stay again and would recommend. Thank you.

El alojamiento en líneas generales está bien, su estado, limpieza y ubicación. El gran inconveniente es la insonorización. Se ubica justo encima de un bar restaurante y contando que está dentro de los soportales y zona de bares el ruido desde que estos comienzan la jornada es incesante y elevado. Se escucha perfectamente toda conversación y ruido de la calle durante toda la jornada de abertura de los mismos

Ligt echt op Plaza Nueva, vlakbij metrostation . Met Brikacard alles makkelijk te bereiken. Goede pintxo's in de omgeving.
