Great location on the Southbank. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tight, but have everything you need.

We were for some reason put in an accessibility room. This was not our choice of room.

The shower wasn't the best designed. The floor mat placed on the floor wouldn't allow the door to open and the whole area would get wet.

I loved this quirky hotel. The staff at reception were absolutely delightful and friendly The room was comfortable. Great shower. Really good breakfast. Very nice that they make you proper coffees, such as Americano or cappuccino. Good breakfast service

This is a gem of a hotel situated right on Lower Marsh. There are excellent dining options right outside the front door and the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from Waterloo. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and I highly enjoyed my stay.

Funky little place with superior staff and cozy restaurant and 24 hour bar.

Bed was uncomfortable but everything else great. Drinks at bar are very very expensive

Brilliant location on a lovely street which had a market on saturday morning, bar open 24/7, lovely staff. Bluetooth speaker in the room was a really nice toouch. We would definitely stay again

The only thing I would like to mention, was that the loft room I booked did not look like the room on the website. That is the only reason why I gave the overall rating a good and not excellent.

Love this hotel, staff are great, rooms immaculate, very comfy beds.
