ホテルの担当者がExpediaの予約を確認しておらず、最初予約が出来ていませんでした。空き部屋があったので泊まることはできましたがホテルから一言も謝罪はありませんでした。

Jacuzzi didn’t work. No hot water as their heating system wasn’t working. It was a horrible experience with service staff as well.

Very good property. Clean. Staff went above and beyond to help. Full payment was done at the property. Just confirm the booking once before going.
