非常に広くて快適。市街から近く、非常に便利。

Lovely flat with easy location opposite the tram for our stay in Vienna.

Alojamiento correcto, con campo de mejora. No dispone de utensilios de limpieza, la cafetera te ves obligado a comprar el café en la propiedad (3,5€ - 4 cápsulas), sin sartenes, sin tostadora, falta luz en el comedor, sofá cama apto para niños. Puntos a favor, equipado con lavadora (sin detergente) y secadora comunitaria, cama de matrimonio correcta, cerca de parada tranvia (aunque eso provoque soportar ruidos que acabas acostumbrándote)

Sehr zentral gelegen. Gute Anbindung zur Straßenbahn Richtung Innenstadt. Küche, Geschirr und Geräte sauber. Spezialpads für die Nespresso Pro haben wir uns vorher im Internet bestellt und mitgebracht. Im Treppenhaus gibt es auch einen Automaten ohne Beschreibung wie der funktioniert und welche Stärke man bekommt. Preis?? Schließfächer für Gepäck im Treppenhaus klein. Handgepäckkoffer, viel mehr nicht. Falls jemand vor hat zu kochen, es gibt keine Gewürze vor Ort. Wir haben uns mal was in Mikro erwärmt. Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Einer muss über dann anderen drübersteigen um auf seine Seite zu kommen. Für junge Leute und wer nicht mal in der Nacht zur Toilette möchte OK. Ansonsten wird der Partner geweckt. Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer haben nicht gebraucht. Aber selbst wenn das Couchbett ausgeklappt wird, ist noch genug Platz im Raum. Die Unterkunft kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Sehr schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr bequeme Betten. Gute Lage, man kommt schnell überall hin, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist lediglich, das es im Bad zu wenig Möglichkeiten gibt, Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Great stay

This was a wonderful little gem and we were sad to leave it. A cosy little apartment, which was a great base in a safe and convenient area. Accessible to several grocery shops including Lidl, amazing bakeries, a wonderful coffee shop/ delectable pizza bistro downstairs, walkable distance to Belvedere palace and copious other beautiful sights or a few yards away from the tram. The apartment itself was compact, modern but had everything you may need in the kitchen and bathroom and ergonomic storage facilities. There was good communication and easy but effective access to the apartment block and room. We would definitely recommend Jimmy’s.

There is railway on road and it males noise every 10 minutes. Owner of hotel late answers check in code, so warn him to send gate code earlier. Also he is rude and does not apologize for his fault.

Las sábanas estaban llenas de manchas. La casa estaba mal aislada acústicamente y la mampara de la ducha estaba rota. La ubicación era aceptable. Los colchones no eran nada cómodos.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert!

Herşey sitede de göründüğü gibiydi. Yetkililer mesajlarımıza çok kısa süre içinde cevap ve çözüm ürettiler. Bir sonraki seyahatimde de Jimmy’s de kalırım.

La tranquilidad del lugar y su ubicación

Casa in condizioni perfette, moderna e funzionale a tutto. Posizione top con fermata tram per il centro a 100 mt a piedi. Palazzo storico ma ben tenuto con locker gratis per le valigie e lounge room per attender il check-in. Unica pecca la comunicazione con la struttura che risponde ad ogni messaggio dopo moltissimo tempo o non risponde affatto, come nel mio caso poiché avevamo prenotato per 6 persone ma abbiamo trovato asciugamani solo per 4 e alla richiesta di più asciugamani non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. In generale qualità prezzo ottima

perfect location, close to amenities . super clean, updated location. loved the water pressure and hot water. loved the bed, loved the kitchenette, loved the elevator, loved the easy check-in. love the no keys required.

Günstig gelegen

It is a great place, very clean, spacious, and having a small ice kitchen (although I have to didnot use it). The only thing is that I did not know that I must contact the hotel after my booking with Expedia. I was almost locked outside hotel late at night. Fortunately, I was was able to call the hotel and get the help. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Easy to find, clean, quiet, big apartment. A nice place to stay that even has a shared area where you can meet others. Unfortunately let down by poor communication - no code to check in was provided until many hours after I asked for it, luckily I was arriving in the evening. The cleaner also decided to make a start an hour before check out time while I was out even though all my stuff was very obviously still inside, I came back to an open door for anyone to walk into... Not acceptable, I'm sure it's not the normal experience though.
