ホテルの宿泊施設とは全く異なるチェックインに満足できなかった

滞在中に、鍵を受け取る場所が宿泊場所から遠く、道順も分からず迷ってしまい、チェックアウトも鍵の場所から遠かったことが分かりました。 さらにトイレは壊れていて水を流すこともできず、汚物があらゆるところに飛び散るので、どうやって排便すればいいのでしょうか? トイレの穴に排便を強制される。 GEO には多くのエージェントとさまざまなマネージャーがいることがわかりました。私が心からお勧めするのは、MAPLE HOME のロゴが付いた GEO、つまり GEO PREMIER MAPLEHOME です。チェックインとチェックアウトの鍵はロビーの真下にあります。 本当に私を騙してここに留まらせたんだ。

同じ場所で鍵を受け取れるようにチェックインしやすくしてください。そうすれば、鍵を受け取ったり別の場所に置いたりする必要がなくなります。

ホテルの場所までたどり着くのに苦労したので（すでに周りの人に尋ねましたが、まだ見つかりません）、これを試していないので、別のホテルを予約しました。

喫煙所は設けておりません

素敵で清潔な環境。とてもお勧めです。

二度と戻りません。私の部屋には見知らぬ人の汚れた服が置いてあり🥲、ホテルの案内や指示も明確ではありません。

The rooms were clean and nice. But the experience to get the keys and parking was not convenient and confusing if I must say. The rooms are at a different block and the key collection is at a different building. Further more there is a request for Rm200 as a deposit which is only allowed as a cash deposit. This was not communicated upfront and ended wasting our time looking for parking at the wrong place and for my case I had to find an ATM to give the Rm200.

Room OK, very big. Clean. Very confusing as need to check in at windmill, but hotel at Geo38. Better check & make sure book from Geo38 itself not agent.
