Por favor señores usuarios esta es una estafa el hostal está cerrado desde hace mucho tiempo el dueño falleció sin embargo no te realizan el reembolso por favor no caigan en esta trampa. Voy a dar seguimiento a este comentario no se dejen estafar

It is permanently closed

The hotel was locked shut and no one was present to receive us. Nit sure if 1 star is a fair assessment as I could not even get to experience it at all.

I stayed here planning to go to Quilotoa early the next morning and wasn’t looking for anything fancy. That said, I was really disappointed and grossed out with this hotel. The blankets and pillows on my bed definitely hadn’t been washed since the last guest - I could smell men’s deodorant or body spray or something on them. There were also several hairs in the blankets and room. The bathroom sink needed a good cleaning - more hair. I wasn’t provided with towels, and there also wasn’t hand soap. I tried my best to sleep through it and get out asap. Overall wouldn’t recommend unless they start actually cleaning this place, even if you are just passing through for the night.

The woman is super nice and friendly. And she made a very tasty breakfast. There is also a cute game room. Location is very good, too.

The staff is very nice and helpful.

The stay was excellent, but the one thing to highlight is the service there. It is over and beyond what I expected. The gentleman running the place is amazing! Thank you very much!

La atención fue la mejor parte de mi estadía, las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y estaban siempre dispuestos a prestar ayuda. por otro lado, creo que deben ser un poco más claros con respecto del baño, ya que no se encontraba dentro del cuarto sino que tienen baños comunales por piso. El baño simepre tuvo un olor feo y los cuartos olían exajeradamente a algun desinfectante.

Accueil sympathique, endroit propres, lits confortables. Mais... : > Un bruit de pompe visiblement, toute la nuit, déclenché toutes les 15 minutes environ : juste insupportable. > Aucun rideau dans notre chambre, mais des vitres qui amenaient de la lumière via une autre pièce intérieure... ça peut déranger. > Petit-déjeuner pas avant 08h00... pénible.

Very nice owner and very helpful

This place is very quaint! One of just a few hotels in town it sits in the middle of a small and magical town called Zumbahua.... on the doorstep of Quilotoa. For the price it is an excellent value!
