Pésima la atención del personal del hotel deplorable! Intentaron cancelar varias veces nuestras am habitaciones, con el pretexto que había alta demanda de habitaciones. Mal todo mal por parte del hotel. Muy mala experiencia nos llevamos. Cero accesibles, cero atentos y empaticos , todo por querer liberar habitaciones para subirles el precio al triple o más.

Had a bit of confusion with the reservation but nice place to stay.

The whole facility needs a remodel. It has toilets with black reams, bathroom sink about to fall off the wall, blood stains on the night stand and the wall by the night stand, as well as on other walls. Then they switched us to another 2 rooms that were same if not worse. I had to spend money booking my stay elsewhere, where I am absolutely satisfied with (Hampton Inn, by Gallerias Mall, I give THEM 10+!). My experience with Expedia is Absolutely the worse experience I’ve had in all my travels, I would not recommend anyone to use Expedia as their choice to travel, as they did not stand by their business ethics in any aspect.

The room was clean. The bed was suppose to be a queen size bed but it felt more like a full size bed. The tv control wasn’t working. I went down to inform the front desk and I was given another control. The problem was the batteries, they needed to be replaced.
