The cabin wasn’t clean and full of ants. There were no linens in the beds and no shampoo (this is the first time we didn’t have it all all of the holiday parks we’ve been). The only things that saves the holiday here was the pool and the jumping pillow.

Cottage was tiny and not the 100sqm as advertised. It was cockroach infested and we spent a night killing cockroaches. Staff at reception were unhelpful and unreceptive to feedback. Got a refund and checked out early and booked at an alternative location close by.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. It makes a huge difference to your stay when staff welcome, engage and smile. The place was absolutely immaculate and clean.

Our car broke down when we tried to leave, staff were amazing, let us stay in our room on very hot day until issue was fixed. Next level service. Also place was very nice too.

Our cabin was quite nice newly renovated. Booked for 2 adults & 2 children but, no bedding or towels for the children!We could rent bedding $25 each. Pool was great but we had to code in every time which was a real nuisance. Kids had to pay 50c each to play table tennis. No bikes or scooters allowed but you could rent theirs!and we had to bring the TV remote to reception with our key to check out. Just not a nice feel

Clean room, good location.

The bed was comfortable, and that is the best I have to say about this experience. I've travelled all around Australia and never had such a stay before. Will make different choices next time for sure.
