Came for a fishing trip and the staff was amazing.

No blanket on the beds. Only a bedspread. Shower was dirty. Stayed 4 days and never did they clean the room. Housekeeper tried to cone in room without knocking at 8am on last day. Very uncomfortable beds. Weird experience

Very nice people and the room was clean. They need to do some updating and the chain lock on my door was broken. The bed was very hard but it was a nice quite place with a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. I would stay hrre again if I ever go back that way.

Very clean rooms. Super friendly staff a really great fishing tackle store that has a better selection than most big box stores. Not to mention they have Lake Fork within just yards from your room with a boat ramp and a fishing pier. If you are a fishing fan then you pretty much owe it to yourself to stay with these guys. It was a truly great experience for me. I’m gonna be a regular for sure.

Great staff lovely location

The stay was as expected for hotel but a little pricey. I guess the price got jacked up because of the bass tournament going on.

The standard room is basically a place to sleep and shower. It's in need of upgrades and repairs. Gaps between the door and frame large enough to put your finger through, no dead bolt, shower head is very low and the toilet seat is rough shape. That being said, plenty of hot water and a surprisingly comfy bed. Will try a newer room in the future.

This place is very reasonable and very clean. Have stayed here 2x and will continue to book stays because of value , cleanliness, and safety.

Management is friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing to say just good

Have been staying here for years. It has changed hands a few times. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They stated the new owners are remodeling the rooms one at a time. Other than that, the room we were in was a little dated, the tv speaker was buzzing, the toilet seat was loose and the room air freshener was overpowering. we unplugged the air freshener and the other things were very minor. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. That's the main things we were concerned about.

Quiet, nice property near the lake. Perfect for a night stay while visiting the area to fish.

Perfect bang for your buck! I wouldnt say the room was out dated but its definitely not your fanciest. Its perfect if your looking for a room to spend a few hours a day in while you take a break from the lake and to sleep. Has your basic amenities that you would expect such as a coffee pot and mini fridge. As long as your not looking for a high end hotel and just wanting somewhere comfortable and quiet to stay this is the place for you! Highly recommend and definitely coming to stay on my next trip to lake fork!
