The property needs a total upgrade from painting to replacing furniture and being more modern. The only good thing was the view of the pitons from your room

Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was included in the stay and it was so good. The views from pool deck were unreal!

Need remodeled very badly pick the location for the view and location and it didn't disappoint great view of the pitons and quick access to excursions on that side of the island .

La Haut Resort, Soufriere, St. Lucia offers spectacular views of the iconic St. Lucia Pitons. Nestled in the lush, tropical hills of the island, this boutique resort gave us the perfect blend of seclusion and luxury, with panoramic views of the majestic Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. Our room was designed, with a Caribbean colonial yet modern style with natural wood finishes, and local artwork. We loved the daily natural spring water bottles delivered to us daily. Our double french doors opened up to a large private balcony that overlooked the beautiful Pitons, a view that never got old. Our onsite activities were exclusive to using the infinity outdoor swimming pool that overlooked the Pitons or strolling through the lush Fruit & Flower gardens of the property. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Special shout out to Bernadette, Sebastien and Rochelle who went out of their way to help accommodate and ensure that we felt welcome. This resort is ideal for couples, honeymooners, or anyone wanting to reconnect with nature while enjoying the comforts of a world-class property.

The property has the most amazing view of the Pitons. Relaxing in the infinity pool in the afternoon and evening and looking at the Pitons was so amazing. The property itself is a little old and rundown, but taking care of very well and very well maintained.. if you’re looking for a true Caribbean experience and not just staying in an all-inclusive place like sandals than this is definitely the place for you. If I ever go back to St. Lucia again, I would go to this resort every time the staff and the owner were so friendly.. like I said if you want a real Caribbean experience this resort and the town of Soufrière is where you wanna be.

The view was fabulous from my balcony. The pool at the far end of the property was beautiful too. Provided more fabulous views. Very quiet which I loved.

The restaurant breakfast was Ok but the loud religious music was a turn off. The dinner fare was ok but not worth our return after a couple of tries. The room was charming and the staff caring for the room was delightful

This property is charming. We stayed in the Cashew Room and the view was breathtaking. Very clean. Staff very accommodating and friendly. I’m not sure if there is a better view on this island than from their infinity pool…it was stunning. Loved our stay at La Haut.

The view was amazing! The property has quite a bit of maintenance needed, however.

A very nice place with spectacular views

Very outdated only 1 restaurant on site and food wasn’t good room had bugs mini fridge was on a moving cart that falls off every time you open it. Pool isn’t useable been under construction for over a year! The property had a lot of junk around grounds aren’t kept up .The view was beautiful but you can get that at other places! Do not stay here!

The resort was very helpful. I booked two nights and prior to me coming I was communicating with them via what’s app. They provided Christopher taxi service and him and Herbie were a pleasure to have drive me around. My view was stunning. I even created content for them. The staff were great to from the cleaners to the security. The restaurant owner Shane is so hard working and passionate about what he does. His food was the best on the island. I tried local and it couldn’t make it. I’m going to forward there info to all my friends, family and clients. <3 much love for this resort. The island in general needs more maintenance and more people should visit this island. It’s very peaceful and the people are not pushy.

The view from our balcony in Cashew House was breathtaking as was the view from the infinity pool. Charming property.

The interior is kind of old. But the view is amazing.

Amazing staff and and views. Great the only thing I would suggest is to have toiletries (sufficient body wash?) and more towels.

The most magical views!!! That’s literally worth it all. The resort and rooms are a bit rustic—but it was fine. The location and property views make up for it. Also the infinity pool was so nice!

Beautiful view and infinity pool was awesome

The views are amazing, the beds comfy with clean sheets. The two pools are nice for relaxing and soaking up the views. The onsite restaurant is convenient, and the cook "Shade" is great, all meals were yummy.

The hotel lobby was a small room but the staff was very courteous and service minded. Rooms were very spacious but you can see age. It was clean. The balcony was awesome with views of the Gros and Petite Pitons and beautiful Caribbean Sea. Around the rooms there were mango trees with large amounts of fruits hanging that was delicious. The restaurant food was very good that served breakfast and dinner. The infinity pool and the view is quite amazing. We met the owners who were very friendly and they shared some of their local rum. The owner also cultivates a large amount of quail and eggs. We will definitely stay there again.
