前台不是特别专业,酒店房间应该是无烟房间,实际上有很大烟味,客房也没告知前台,自己重新下楼去和前台投诉才更换了房间,而且还是一个叫小雪的服务人员来安排,才给楼层免费升级加送了一个果盘。 酒店硬件设施还可以,但是所谓的view房间,实际上分配的房间正对对面一栋大楼,跟个大碑一样。 退房时,旁边柜台的前台给顾客提供了点心赠送,自己对的前台直接说你可以走了,感觉受到了歧视。

The hotel is located near the northern metro hub and easily accessible. The breakfast is great and worth the price. Staff members are helpful too. Just be aware of taxi scams or rude drivers asking for extra tips if arriving from the airport - taking metro line 2 is strongly recommended and it is only 5 stops.

I loved absolutely every minute of my stay in this hotel. It is probably helpful that it has been open for a few months and a large portion of that time was during the COVID lockdown, so it was not in use. Despite being recently open, everything is running smoothly with the efficiency of a very experienced staff and an obvious focus on guest comfort and enjoyment. The hotel is clean, every single staff member I encountered was attentive and friendly and while I can communicate in Mandarin, most staff could communicate very easily in English with me. The breakfast was good, it's similar to breakfast buffets at other higher end hotels I've been to, lot's of choices and more than adequate, but definitely geared toward Asian guests (very understandably). The restaurant staff was all very friendly and efficient with clearing dishes. The room service I ordered one evening was delicious. Really appreciated the very personal assistance from Roger and JayDu, both had excellent English and went out of their way to help me. I didn't spend time to see the surrounding area and find out what was nearby, but the hotel is very close to subway exits for 宏图大道 station, with subway entrances for all lines very close to the front entrance of the hotel. All in all, absolutely perfect stay, only wish it was longer and I will definitely back when I return to Wuhan!
