Secure, comfortable and hospitality the hotel would be described. The location of Village mole is perfect.

It incredible that they are not able to fix a very bad functioning WIFI. It’s been like this for months and it’s not getting better! This time I was not able to get any work done in my room. This is 2026 and WIFI is not high tech anymore 😵‍💫 Get your act together.

Accessibility to the attached mall is a major plus! The hotel speakeasy and Harvest dining area are terrific food/drink options. The staff is phenomenal.

Excellent hotel with the added bonus of amazing nearby facilities literally connected to hotel (clinic, grocery store, pharmacy, gym). Perfect for a big group.

To bad WIFI

Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Der Pool auf dem Dach zwar nicht zu groß, man könnte aber schwimmen. Das Fitness Center wäre lt Hotel Rezeption auch frei gewesen, nach Anmeldung, da waren wir aber nicht. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Great that the hotel was right next to the shopping centre, felt really nice and safe as you didn't need to leave the complex.

Room was really nice, the hand wash and soap smelt really nice, I wished I had taken them home with me. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable

Had a very nice stay at Trademark.. Very expensive hotell in Kenya but good location at Village Market mall with a lot of restaurants and shopping. Nice pool area on the roof top and very freindly staff..

Always love to staying at the Trademark! So convenient. Excellent food choices right at Village Market.

Everything was good as alwys. the staff is ine reason to stay ther. But,this time it was a mayor problem, the phone in room 830 didnt work... Best Richard Ohlson
