サウナもあるしジムもでかい！ホテルもキレイで驚きました。オススメです。

お湯が熱いのしか出ず、シャワー利用出来ず。トイレのプッシュ式ボタンが元に戻らず、水が流れ放しで深夜係員を呼ぶ等トラブル多発

値段がリーズナブルな割に四つ星らしく新しく豪華で清潔でした。旧市街からも10分と食後の散歩の範囲内でした。思ったよりプールが小さいこととパラソルがないこととバスタブがないことがちょっと残念でした。

The room and the bed were ok. However, the shower changed temperature by itself, its door did not close, making the floor a bit wet and the toilet did not work properly. On top of that the staff was not very friendly, leaning to rude. We only stayed one night, and wouldn't stay again. Its a good option if you need something close to the train station other than that, nothing special.

Muy buena atención y amabilidad. Muy limpio y cómodo. Se puede aparcar cerca y tiene el paseo de La Concha y el casco histórico muy cerca. Cafeterías y restaurantes buenos y económicos cerca, también un Eroski al lado. Muy recomendable.

Everything das good

This new Axel is beautiful. From my initial greeting by a very hospitable Racquel, to the gorgeous room. Everything is spotlessly clean, obviously it’s new but the bed was comfortable and a gorgeous shower. My only tiny negative is that the spa pool could have been warmer, but the hotel was superb value for money and a fifteen minute walk from The Conch and incredible food options of the Old Town. I would recommend it highly

Que dire ..... Deux jours dans cet établissement, un accueil chaleureux même si nous ne parlons pas espagnol, chambre propre et très agréable, le petit déjeuner est parfait, 1 heure de de jaccuzi que du bonheur, merci beaucoup a tous.

It was amazing! The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable! The room was spacious. I would definitely stay there again!

Very modern and hip. Great service and vibe. Walkable to everywhere you want to go. We stayed in winter and did not use the pool. If you are looking for a view of the sea, this is the only drawback.

Everything is fine but the only complains is the room is uncomfortable even when it’s upgraded.

Hotel cerca del centro de donostiarra (5min andando a la concha) Personal súper simpático y te explican todo genial. En cuanto a la habitación, bastante grande, cama y almohadas súper cómodas

Modern hotel, great amenities, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, enjoyed the jacuzzi and steam room. Very helpful staff, easy walking to old town and shopping. Very convenient supermarket next to hotel

Our stay in Axel Hotel San Sebastián was great! The hotel is located in a quiet area closeby to many cafes and shops and at short walking distance to the beach. The hotel's premises were clean and modern, and we had a spacious and comfortable room. We loved the spa access included during our stay, which was an amazing added value to our holidays. We would definitley repeat!

Super séjour, la seule chose c’est qu’il n’y a aucun endroit pour mettre ces affaires. J’y suis resté 5 jours et ça reste contraignant. Pour le reste tout est parfait, le personnel est très agréable, l’accès à la salle de sport et au spa un vrai plus !

I traveled with a couple of friends and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Very nice hotel with a big room. Cleaness was perfect and the staff was very friendly (shoutout to Isidro, at the front desk, who was very helpful and attentious). We spent a couple of hours at the spa, which was spotless!
