Sejour pas au top : - pas d'eau chaude les 12 premières heures - un clim qui fait plus de bruit qu'un avion au décollage - un clim qui est directement dirigée pleine tête ... Donc pas de clim si tu ne veut pas finir fou à cause du bruit ou malade à cause du vent. - literie +/- OK - pas d'eau offerte dans les chambres - Isolation phonique pourrie Bref, je n'y retournerais pas

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Personnel vraiment très gentil et au petit soins. Climatisation un peu bruyante mais ça va.

Pas d'eau chaude, la climatisation fonctionnait mais coulait beaucoup d'eau, lavabo bouché. Heureusement le lit était confortable et le personnel très serviable.

Merci à Éric, concierge exceptionnel, dévoué et disponible. Merci Cynthia, Audrey et tout le personnel aux petits soins.

Il n'a pas de bouteille d'eau a boire offerte dans les chambre et c'est dommage. Pour le reste ca va a part que le petit dejeuner peut etre inclus dans le ticket.

Internet fonctionne très mal

We are client of the Hibiscus Louis for many years and for us it is the best hôtel in Libreville at this price. If you look for a hotel with the taste of Gabon you can not find better than the this one.

Auncun service client. Malgré le fait d'avoir integralement payé en amont ma reservation en ligne, ils m'ont dit ne pas avoir ma reservation puis ont laissés mes bagages au plein milieu de l'hotel de 13h à 1h30 du matin (heure à laquelle je suis revenue), puis m'ont dit ne plus avoir de chambre, puis demandé de payer a nouveau une caution. Personnel méchant et menteur, sauf le commercial. La salle de bain est extremement sale. Les photos ne sont pas du tout contractuelles. Je devais avoir une cabine de douche, et finalement c'est une baignoire sale.

It was terrible, the first room I checked-in was smelling, the second one I moved in the water heater was not working. I have use another room to take my shower in the morning. I had to complain repeatedly before the fix it

Poor customer service

Hôtel très confortable et assez propre. Le personnel très courtois et disponible.

Pas d'inquiétude pour la propreté. Chambre vaste et très accueillante. Un gros aura du mal à s'asseoir sur la cuve alors que c'est un lieu d'aisance.

Very noisy from bar/event top floor, noisy AC outside, no hot water in morning. No lighting in space where desk is, no power pont near desk either

L’hôtel semble se dégrader hélas , et le service n’est plus comme il y’a deux ans

The hotel is ok but needs improvement. No lift for guests staying 4-5 floors and have to climb stairs. Air conditioning was not good for the junior suite booked. Only one unit for the whole bedroom and sitting room. Bathroom was terrible, no leg space to sit on the toilet seat. Shower holder was broken. The management can do better. The staff are great.

Hotel was pleasant with friendly staff. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. When the elevator was out of commission they found us a nice room on the first floor and sent some complementary fruit.
