Totally excellent

룸 컨디션이 정말 쾌적하고 깔끔해서 객실에 들어서자마자 기분이 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 마주칠 때마다 항상 밝은 미소로 인사해 주시고, 렌터카 주차나 주변 맛집 추천까지 친절하게 도와주셔서 대접받는 느낌을 제대로 받았습니다. 무엇보다 주요 명소나 해변으로 이동하기에 위치가 아주 훌륭했고, 조식도 매일 신선하고 맛있어서 든든하게 여행을 시작할 수 있었습니다. 마요르카에서 아름다운 추억을 만들고 갑니다. 다음에도 마요르카에 온다면 주저 없이 이 호텔로 다시 예약할 생각입니다. 적극 추천합니다!

L'accès est très bien. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable et attentionné. Le français est très peu parlé mais nous sommes arrivés à nous faire comprendre. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité et le personnel très courtois. Nous avions une chambre hippo spacieuse à l'étage avec balcon, très propre et lit confortable. Nous avons eu un gros problème avec notre voiture réservée par Europcar à l'aéroport et l'équipe de l'hôtel a solutionné le problème et nous a rassurés. Un grand merci à tous. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Schöne moderne Zimmer, top ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist auch toll und sehr gepfelgt.

We absolutely LOVE this hotel, our fourth time returning and will be back! Everything is perfect, the setting, atmosphere and the wonderful staff who cannot do enough for you and make you feel so welcomed cannot be matched. The rooms and grounds are spotless it’s just a joy to spend time here. Couldn’t recommend it enough

Geräumiges Zimmer. Nachteile: Lüften nachts nicht möglich da nur Terrassentür als Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Offenes Badezimmer.

Excellent staff and dining. We did not book the half board, but after first night at the restaurant we immediately decided to have another dinner in Eques. Warmly greeted and assisted at all times by every member of the staff. There was a high wind advisory on a day we were at the resort, and we were able to reserve the sauna for a private hour. There's a plunge pool to use right beside the sauna for an invigorating experience! Left the resort happy and relaxed even when we missed good weather.

The Personal were all great, always friendly and attentive, we arrived a little late but got invited to a glass Champagne to Start off the holidays. the rooms where super clean, nicely decorated, minor details and as an allergic person the perfume was a bit too much but my partner liked it. The pool and all outdoor areas were lovely and the complex in general. The breakfast was great, a little bit of everything for everyone very well put together. All in all no real complaints, and I would highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room and facilities were excellent but we couldnt give a 5 star review for 2 reasons. The first being the infrequency of room cleaning, one day our room was cleaned in the afternoon and we then had a maid knock on the door at 9am on the day that we were supposed to be checking out to clean the room, before we had left. Signs on the door requesting a room clean / do not disturb are needed. The other being the fact that my partner found a dead moth in the caesar salad that we had ordered for lunch, the staff were great when we notified them as they refunded all food that we ordered from our bill but it did make us question the freshness and quality of the food being served.

The property is beautiful and clean. There isn’t much privacy from the shower, room is a bit small. The staff, especially Josh was very nice. There weren’t many toiletries available either, and was only given one bottle of water in the room when we had two guests, when asking for another bottle it wasn’t complimentary. The property was close to the restaurants!

Local lindo e tranquilo, a curta distância de restaurantes e bares, com café da manhã delicioso, piscina e bangalôs.. o quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas não atrapalhou a estadia.

Very friendly & attentive staff. High quality resort. Quiet because of its size and location but only 5 minutes walk to the wonderful marina, bars, restaurants and beach.

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes, kleines Resort. Gut gelegen, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Saubere Zimmer und ideal für junge Familien.

Honestly this was a great hotel and experience. Although we only stayed one night, the staff treated us like Royalty. They recommended a fantastic dining experience across the street where we could walk to. Our flight had been delayed because of weather for 2 hours from Barcelona. We were very tired after a long day. We were able to utilize the facility after we checked out and used the loungers around the beautiful pool. The breakfast was also fresh and delicious! One of my best experiences at a hotel in a long time. David at the front desk was so helpful and very kind.
