総合評価とレビュー The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Osaka Midosuji

広々とした部屋とモダンな家具と装飾。駅に比較的近いので移動に便利です。静かで素敵な環境です。朝食は値段の割には普通でした。朝食は選ばなかったでしょう。少し高価ですが快適です。

ホテルは良かったのですが、いくつか残念な点もありました。エグゼクティブフロアのキングベッドの部屋を予約しました。すぐに、2つのシングルベッドをつなげてキングベッドにしていることに気付きました。エグゼクティブフロアの部屋としては、部屋も非常に狭かったです。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。記念日にはチョコレートの箱もくれました。ホテルは2つの駅の近くにある便利な場所にありますが、大阪ではかなり遠いです。エグゼクティブラウンジは静かですが、イスラム教徒向けの食事の選択肢は限られており、朝食の種類も限られていました。部屋のトイレにはビデと強力な水洗システムがあり、私たちにとっては良かったです。正直、支払った料金と5つ星ホテルを考えると、サービスはもっと良くてもいいと思います。

Hotel itself is impressive and staff service is excellent. However, as we came to Osaka for a holiday, we found ourselves to walk a lot more as the distance to the train station like 10 min walk. We had to walk to and fro at least 2 times everyday as there are no restaurants nearby nor attractions. But overall, would recommend if they don't mind the distance.

Its a good hotel but limited facilities. Front reception officers were very friendly, but not cleaning service. I didn't find any smiles on their faces even when you were talking/asking nicely to them. They did answer but short answers and no smiling at all. For breakfast, its more to Japan western style. Not many varieties though. Its ok in taste. Location not very convenient. We need to walk quite a bit to the train station and there were no shops at the train station. We got rooms facing the main road and there were some sounding like "racing motor bike" every night and its quite annoying. Luckily its not too long.
