ロケーションも良いし、素晴らしいと思う

部屋もきれい、スタッフも良いし場所も値段もいいです。 ただ一つだけ、インタネットの接続が弱いです。これは唯一改善する必要があると思います。

Good hotel. Rooms are ok. Breakfast needs work. Not as advertised. :(

This was an average hotel. The staff are friendly but the rooms are dated. It is in the center of town which is a good location but it's very noisy especially at the front of the hotel. I was woken up many times with motorcycles and loud noises. The breakfast was depressing. I ended up having 2 yogurts cause there was nothing edible. A fine place for a night but there are other options

The hotel staff was very friendly and service oriented. The hotel, while a bit dated, was clean and the included breakfast surprisingly varied and plentyful. A very well-priced, value for money option.

The staff were absolutely amazing, super helpful. The hotel had everything I wanted. Very grateful for the rest, after such a long trip.

The hotel is well equipped, with good wifi, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and a surprisingly generous warm breakfast buffet. A very good option, better thrn some significantly higher priced hotel in the same are. I stayed there 6 nights.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in central Arusha. The staff is very sweet and attentive. They took care of any issue promptly and my complete satisfaction. One more five stars stay, perfect after a safari week.

Great location to meet our safari the next day. We found it was safe to walk around at night and fairly convenient. The hotel itself was nice. Would stay again if in Nairobi, especially for business travel given the location.

It was hard to get right temperature of shower water. It was either too hot or cold. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable . Staf were very friendly and helpful. The location was great !! Walking distance to Masai market and museum. Airport shuttle bus stop is right in front of this hotel. I would stay again.

Dirty room. Hotel does not care enough to even add a coat of paint. Cracked windows. Filth. Staff expects tips like it is the Sheraton. Restaurant food took one hour to cook! One hour! And the meat brick was apparently cooking for the whole hour. No safe in room. Nice things I can say… the breakfast staff was great. Breakfast OK. The air conditioner and fridge worked well. Pay more money…. Go somewhere better.

Noisy, electricity did not work, so generator was extremely loud. They charged me for water in the room.

Great value in a central location

Rating overall four as I would recommend as it’s conveniently located, staff was excellent and rooms are clean, but if I go back to Arusha I might look around before booking back here. Stayed in Sept 2023. Location is convenient and there are a few restaurants around. Many other hotels around. Hotel isnt the newest but is very clean and I felt safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and breakfast was included, but after seeing what was available we ended up going to the restaurant 2 minutes walk away. There are a LOT of locals on the street trying to sell things in this area - would advise to insist on having your taxi/bus/tour drop off/pick up at the door of the hotel when you arrive and leave with your luggage.

I liked safe and quiet of the hotel

the amenities were excellent and the location, in the center of Arusha Town.

It was a great place to stay the night before our safari started. The property is a dated, But it had everything we needed after a long trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near restaurants and other attractions and it’s safe to walk during the day. I would stay here again!

As usual a nice stay and always good customer service. They have great pizza! Convenient location.
