The location, clean rooms

Le vol retardé nous sommes arrivées tard à l'hôtel vers 01 ou 02h00 du matin. Une fois en chambre, nous avons constatés qu'il manquait deux serviettes (2 alors qu'il s'agit d'une chambre pour 4) et cela dans chacune des deux chambres réservées. Après réclamation l'employé nous a informé ne pas avoir accès à la pièce où sont disposés les serviettes. Le lendemain l'information n'a pas été relayée, étant sur le départ nous avons fait avec, se n'est pas normal. Le climatiseur toujours très sale, des tâches sur les draps, la salle de bain pas très propre et un petit tapis servant pour la sortie de douche et les toilettes.

Air conditioning excellent. Did not use the gym. Friendly staff and very helpful. I will probably return.

La chambre a été refaite il me semble mais la chambre est communiquante. La télé est mal placé dans la chambre à côté on entend tout. Le personnel se trouvant dans l'office parle fort le matin si la climatisation est éteinte car elle.un drole de bruit tu es réveillée en sursaut. Pas de cintres pour le linge

Les lits sont inconfortables, le climatiseur sale, la sale d’eau moyen, ensemble très moyen.

Magnífica opción en Paramaribo, mas central imposible, habitación tipo loft con balcón, el personal de 10 puntos especialmente la recepcionista muy amable, receptiva y paciente. SEl costo beneficio es insuperable. repetiría sin lugar a duda.

Hotel ligt lekker in het centrum. Maar van buiten ziet het er mooier uit dan van binnen. Toilet stonk en de badkamer muur zat vol met vlekken van lekkages. Toiletmat was van een oude handdoek. Bed lag wel heerlijk

Voor de personeel top . Alleen zijn de schoonmaakster te druk vroeg in de ochtend praten en lachen erg luidt

The room smelled awful, the bed linens were dirty, the pillows smelled disgusting like stale sweat, lots of mosquitos were in the room and bit us all night so we couldn't sleep. There was no hand soap. We left at 3 am as I was getting sick in the room due to the moldy smell. I had stayed previously at this hotel and the room was clean and the linens were fresh so that's why I booked it again but this time the room was awful and smelly.
