朝食、努力はしていたが、今までが良すぎて、ちょっとレベルがダウンです。 よく掃除していた。 洗濯は手洗いでしてくれたが値段が高い！

レストランの料理が出てくるのが少し遅い。朝ごはん、シェフが遅れてきて、7時半にご飯が食べれないことが何度かあった。ビールやお水をレセプションで買えるのはありがたかった。

良い。朝ごはんのオムレツとパンが暖かくておいしかった。

Fabulous place to stay. Comfortable rooms, hot showers! Staff is tops, always ready to help and on top of it. Great food. Super comfortable common area with plenty of seating to hang out. Beautiful environs with gardens. Wifi good in common area (doesn't reach all rooms). Very secure. Walkable to East Park and Arcades shopping malls.

I only stayed a night due to a delayed flight. From what I saw, it was nice

Place consists of several buildings some of which dont have hot water so you may need to go to another building if seeking a hot shower. Great restaurant onsite and self catering kitchen available

Property consists of several buildings, some newer than others. While my room was a little dated it was spotless, facilities were clean, some buildings had no hot water in the showers. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Gteat location near major shopping malls and easy acees to downtown. Great restaurant on site. It was great that they allowed me early check in at no extra charge. Great value for money

Geat clean rooms. Would have loved a hot shower, but i do understand the power issues.

The place is clean and far better than your average backpacker accommodation. The location was perfect for me, as I needed to be near the International Conference Centre. It is in quiet and easily accessible location. The only downside was that there was no hot water in my en-suite room during my two-day stay. I was informed it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn't resolved before I checked out. I had to use a general shower next to my room. However, they did compensate me with a late checkout, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a great place with excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely environment. Warm, friendly and caring workers. Reasonable room rate. Poor internet connection in my room and no tv for 3 weeks. Monotonous breakfast. Same thing everyday.

Value for money

Like during my last visit, this was a great space for a peaceful weekend retreat with friendly guests and service as well as clean rooms with bug nets and pools for when the sun got too warm !
