総合評価とレビュー Shoregate Hotels

新しいホテルで外観も綺麗なのですが、新しいせいか従業員のミスやエクスぺディアとの契約条件の勘違いも 多く残念なホテルです。 1つ目　空港からの送迎無料とありますが、有料でした。それも普通のレートの倍以上の金額です。ホテル側の言い分を聞くとエクスぺディアとは送迎の手配はするが、無料という契約はしていないとのことでした。エクスぺディアの条件には空港からの送迎無料と書いてあります。 2つ目　チェックイン時にデポジットとして１０万ナイアの預け金をカードで行いました。チェックアウト時に現金で払うからキャンセルしてくれと頼むと、それはできないの一点張りで余った分は現地のお金で振り込むということでした。カードだと換金レートが悪く、日本に帰る時なので、現地のお金も必要なく最悪でした。

This is so NOT WORTH the cost of the hotel. It was really poor and I wish I had an alternative for the time.

There was no backup water supply when the facility needed to shut off the water to the rooms for an emergency repair on Friday, April 18, 2025. This issue caused a significant delay in my activities during this trip. Except for a minor maintenance concern (e.g., what appears to be water stains on the ceilings), my overall stay at this hotel was excellent. The hotel staff members were friendly and nice.

Air conditioning had a constant whining loud sound and as someone who suffers from tinnitus this was very unbearable for me. I have a video recording. Room was changed but still no better. Food in restaurant nothing to write home about. They ration the water given in the restaurant to one bottle per guest.

The mattress was extremely soft and that's a deal breaker for me. Booked 2 nights but left without a refund after the first since I didn't sleep a wink. Obviously won't recommend but if you need/want soft mattresses, it's a solid, functional option for the price.

Staff were friendly and facilities were good. Would recommend Shoregate Hotel for friends and family.

This was a very good hotel from the time you walk in the door. The staff was wonderful and the hotel very clean the food was delicious

The hotel was very nice, but they don't address guests complaints as well as they should. The hallway walls were repainted, but there were no "wet signs" to inform guests to not touch or rest on the walls. It took days for the paint to dry and paint dripped down the walls onto the floors creating a safety hazard and stains on clothes. I reported this, and all they said was "I'm so sorry ma" But my clothes were badly stained. Also, my car was bashed into while parked on the property under the watch of the hotel night security personnel. Not only did they let the driver go, they didn't informed me and i noticed and brought it to their attention. Again, all i got was "I'm so sorry ma."

I normally stay at Shoregate anytime I'm in Lagos. On this ocassion, I booked two nights but the hotel refused to refund a night's stay despite giving advance notice of flight cancellations. The room I was assigned for the remaining night had no hot water and the air-conditioning was very noisy throughout the night. Very disappointed with the declining quality.
