場所以外は全て良い

空港線から路地に入ってすぐ、立地大丈夫かなと思ったが、 着いてみると、小じんまりとした綺麗なホテルでした。 ダブル仕様で利用したが、部屋が広い！ 掃除の人まで含めて、対応してくれたスタッフの方々が実に親切丁寧で、気持ち良く過ごせました。 妹夫婦が近くのマーケットに買い物に出るのに、同行案内もしてくれ、近所の人もちゃんと買えたかと声掛けてくれたり… 朝食でないものもあったが、食事も美味しかったです。 ベッドのリネンが素晴らしく柔らかで、快眠出来ました。 風呂の温度調整が難しかったが、他で水しか出なかったりしたので、お湯がたっぷり出るだけ良し。 エレベーター出口が各中階にあり、各フロアに上下するのに数段階段の上下が必要なのはちょっぴり残念… 空港までタクシーで15分程度と、利便性高し。 機会があれば次回も利用したい宿です。

ビジネスで一泊しました。部屋は綺麗で広く非常に満足です。朝食もおいしかったです。

Staff top, spacious rooms, clean

The staff literally argued me and my husband down daily because they didn’t want to offer us breakfast which was included in the room fee, even after we showed them that every room offers free breakfast as advertised. It still was literally an unnecessary daily battle with the hotel manager. After having to call Expedia to get this resolved. Finally they stopped fighting with us after 3 days! This was incredibly disruptive and brought unnecessary stress to our stay after traveling over 14 hours from America. The hotel is beautiful! But management needs to exercise, better customer service, and more professionalism.

Things we liked: Staff members are very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated all staff members and supervisor (I think his name is Masresha). The place is also located in the heart of Addis which makes everything within close proximity. Things to improve: Smoking guests are very inconsiderate. Management should take this seriously as it made our stay very uncomfortable with cigarette smelling across the corridor and into our room (our room was on the 2nd floor). Breakfast is very limited with a very few selections. It could be a lot better with more options to choose from.

If eating what you want is priority then here you can cook for yourself. I spent more than a week in the two-bedroomed and life was good. If you want to stay as a group, family on just to feel like home then book it. The breakfast service is well run. Laundry is super. Liked the space but the main bed needs replacement soon. I will stay there again.

Convenient and practical. Value for money is delivered. Can always improve as the attitude to do so is corporately evident.

A small hotel in an alley with barking dogs at night. Not a neighborhood for walking around. No real bar but it was possible to buy beer. Breakfast was ok with multiple options to choose from. Room was big but the bed was too hard for me. Staff was friendly.

Everything was great Masre and his staff made sure we were always looked after, quite street with close walk to most of your shopping and dining needs. Huge room with tons of space. Thank you for a great stay.
