The management staff at the Atlantic Palms suites is great. They listen and they take action. Fast. I made a mistake and booked this hotel a day earlier than I wanted to, and Expedia said, I was scrwd because it was non refundable. I booked this same hotel again and when I arrived to checkin, I told the manager of my problem, and as by the time I make it to my room, no more problem. The food is GREAT and I usually do not eat from the restaurants at Nigerian hotels, but I was ordering like crazy at the palms. Try the grilled chicken with spaghetti and fried egg - amazing. If course the hooey has a few issues. But nothing major. I'll definitely stay here again.

The front desk was okay but cleaning was short, most times basic stuff like towels and cups were not provided.

The Hotels.com location is deceiving. But overall, the stay was pleaseant.

I only stayed one night. Was not aware of the distance from the airport (to far). Outside of the hotel property i didn’t feel safe.

The staff was outstanding and food very good. Very nice place to stay. I enjoyed my stay and the poolside was relaxing and music was very good. Management was there for me to accommodate my needs to be comfortable.

The hotel would not be so bad if it was not for the area in which it stays in. The water is not clean very yellow and I would not recommend anyone to stay in lekki2 until the areas and roads are fixed

Nasty mosquitoes, the front area was flooded, my wife almost got robbed I left that hotel on the 2 of May still Waiting on refund from your company , actually the whole experience with that horrer house and your company has been terrible

Nice place to stay

On the whole the staff and services are wonderful. The food is good But they dont have everything on the menu. Room service is good. Take plenty of 500 naira notes because that is the tip charge. The pool is clean and welcoming. The bar is pleasant clean and cool Laundry service is good And no mosquitoes which is awesome. The manager is nice and helpful. I did upgrade though I booked a standard room. But it was not as it should be. All in all I would stay here again. I felt safe easy to find local food street food. But I did have to ask for my water Some things needed repairing in my room. But as soon as I asked it was done. The decor in the halls the artwork and floors are beautiful. Thank you to all the staff who looked after me. Oh. Food is available 24/7 you just phone the desk. It has tvs in the rooms but the channels Aren’t available but you can connect your phone to them and watch your faves. Again thank you to all. And I will be back at some point. Nice one

What an amazing place. One of the best service experience I’ve received Nigeria. The cleanest hotel in Nigeria. The staff were just exceptionally professional, I can’t fault anything here. The only thing I can say is probably not within the control of the hotel as it’s very common in Nigeria. If they can find a way round the one minute power switch over from generators. That will be great. All in all, I will use again and again.

All was fine except the bathroom fittings not so good. The toilet wobbles on its pedestal (it's not properly cemented in) which a bit disconcerting. But overall a good value hotel

I will rate the Hotel 5 stars for customer service, polite and always asking if I was ok. The facility was tidy and recently renovated. I stayed in the upgraded room, with smart TV and internet access. I enjoyed a complimentary access to the Lekki Conservation Centre, 5 mins away. The gym was fully equipped with an instructor. Although there's some road construction in the area, the Hotel is very much accessible. Its also close to the beach but I didnt have time to check it. I would definitely come back.
